This set of exercise balls for the hand I found to be a bit small. My hands are small but I would have like the circumference of the ball to be a bit larger for grip and squeezing to exercise.

    These have been great in helping my mother regain strength in her left hand after having a stroke. She uses them on days she doesn't have physical therapy. I've also use them to help with hand stiffness.

    shoulda got a receipt for refund, but box had 3 spots, for three balls, only two inside the box. Reported it and was told they refunded me 1/3 of the price paid for the missing ball, still not in account.
