Red Velvet
This polish goes on smooth and evenly. It's got a high gloss shine and is true to the color pictured. It lasts about a week (okay, I polish once a week so maybe it would last even longer but idk). I've bought 5 of this brand in various colors and highly recommend it.

Disappointed With The Condition!!!!
I received one of my orders with three of the four items ordered in a Walmart mailing bag with no protection from damage, which included this Sally Hansen Nail Polish (Love Bug). This type of bag is not suitable to ship the items that I ordered, and never should have been used. I received this nail polish with something that was spilled on it and dried to look white, as the following picture clearly shows. This is a Christmas gift and I should not have to spend the time cleaning it in order to make it look acceptable to give when I purchased it new!!!!

    Beautiful, long lasting color.
    I love this polish. The shine and beautiful red color are just gorgeous. The sparkle is like a diamond, it's my favorite of all polish. It lasts a long time with prep, base coat, and top coat. Just like any polish.

    Red Velvet is a beautiful, shimmery-glitter, SHINY red. When applied with 2 coats, it has staying power! Since Covid, I've been doing my own nails and am always looking for new shades, especially reds. My fave non-shellac red thus far!

    Cute but Transparent
    Compared on both Amazon and Walmart to look at prices and pictures, and while the color is beautiful, it is incredibly transparent. Not at all like the company advertised, even after 3 coats. Would do better as a top coat.

    The yellowing is my fault. This is a clear polish. I also guess it's my fault for thinking of this as a top coat and not a clear polish. It will work but it's not as thick as a top coat.

    It lasts! 6 days after pic. Here's my secret…
    Beautiful color and does not chip. Here's a hint… No matter what polish you use.. you must prepare your nails for it. Wash your hands to clean your bare nails. Use a cotton ball and dab with alcohol to dry any oil. Use a buffer with the lightly grit side. Buff your bare nails . Don't over do it. You just want to rough them up a little. The polish adheres much better. Use a base coat. Dry. Use 2 coats of polish (dry between). Use top coat. Do not wash dishes or scrub things without gloves! This will give you lasting polish! I'm attaching a picture. I painted these 6 days ago. These are my nails.

    Does not want to dry!
    The 1st coat dries, but it still shows your nail underneath. The second coat looks so pretty, but WILL NOT DRY. It's been over 20 minutes and it's still moving around on my nails if I accidentally bump it on something. This is Ridiculous!

    Polished Matte?
    Love this color. Love Sally Hansen products. Had to use 4 coats to get a solid color finally. Took a long, long time to dry. It's a dull matte shine but I love the color despite it. Will look for another brand when I select this color again.

    the color is chipping
    I bought this product plus the top coat of the same line on 4/30, and apply it that same night. Color looks amazing! As today morning (5/2) the color is chipping. It may be a good value for some one that does no use their hands at all.
