MARVELOUS PRODUCT!!!
I have been using this product for years and it has always worked AMAZINGLY for me. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! Obviously its not going to be for everyone, that is why you try it out first and if it doesn't work then stop buying and using it. I'm furious that this product is being discontinued in many stores because it has saved me from waxing, shaving and total embarrassment! I have been struggling to find this product everywhere for a while now and it is extremely disappointing and upsetting. I can't believe this is happening! Everything will have mixed reviews, BRING THIS PRODUCT BACK NOW!!! This has always worked for me every time and I always get consistent results. Always worked as described on the box also. I know a lot of friends that love this PERFECT product and are disappointed as well that it is being taken off shelves. If this product is discontinued for sure, I will have to resort to finding a new brand. THIS IS SO DISAPPOINTING.

Discoloured my face!
I followed instructions and applied the prep lotion and then per directions mixed the bleach and activator and after ten minutes my hair is golden but my skin has turned black/purple! I have used bleach (Jolen) for many years and have had no trouble at all. Now I have giant purple patches all over my face. HATE this. I highly un-recommend this terrible product! This better disappear in a day!

    Good Product But Poor Design Encourages Waste
    This is the second box I've bought where the spatula was too wide to fit into the powder container. Maybe they just made the container smaller instead of raising the price??? Also, I've always had trouble with the measurements. Surely there's a way to make measuring and mixing easy and accurate. Otherwise, it works pretty well.

    I have not been able to find the extra strength in any Canadian stores in years!! So happy I can order it from Walmart and have it in a couple of days instead of ordering from the US.

    Semi-Permanent, But Works
    I have naturally black hair. My first time using it took 3 applications. Not unusual for me having black hair. Takes a couple of applications of hair dye when I want to lighten my hair. The first use didn't take as well, but there was a difference. So much so that I thought the 2nd application would do, but it said. Perhaps I didn't mix the mixture properly because the 3rd time I ended up with a strawberry blonde mustache It's ok, we're wearing masks, lol. However, my mustache did darken back up. Could be a result of no sun exposure, because of the masks. I didn't let it get back to normal, but it was noticable. This time it took only one application, and the color was perfect. I would recommend. I had barely any irritation. Helpful hint, use the pre conditioner afterwards for any irritation. Goes away immediately.

    Works pretty well!
    So happy I decided to finally try this. Instructions were easy to follow and the results were better than I expected. I left it on for 10 minutes and it didn't burn at all. My skin was dry after so make sure to moisturize, I used coconut oil. It was my first time so maybe I'll get better results next time!

    Don't know what to think about it
    I bought this a couple months ago and it works so good to me. Today I applied into my cousin's arms and this happened. Someone can explain me?, it lightens the skin too?

    This product is amazing! I have alot of really dark hair on my arms and after just 8 minutes of the bleach cream, my hair was a much lighter color. I have extremely sensitive skin, eczema and dermatitis, but this bleach cream did not bother me one bit! I didn't have any skin lightening either. The only thing that got lighter was my arm hair!!!! And words can't describe how happy I am about it.
