The one thing that makes this hot tub stand out is not only does it have the air jets at the bottom of the tub it also has two adjustable hydro jets in each corner. it is designed to be winter safe and you can fit 4 very relaxed comfortable people or 6 people sitting criss cross apple sauce. you can run the heat while air jets are going however you can not run heat with hydro jets. we stuck ours in a party tent on the deck and i can tell you if in an enclosure you do not have to worry about heat. we turned ours down after the first use due to it only being 60 outside it was very hot in the tent. air jets are significantly louder then hydro jets but i expected them to be loud its a hot tub. the sides of this tub when inflated an hold three people who each weigh over 190 pounds with out any give in the walls. which was another thing that pushed me to this tub vs other that will almost sink inward with one person weighing over 150 sitting on the sides over all this tub has exceeded my expectations completely and i had pretty high ones. only down fall was due to temps dropping below 40 the night it filled it did take about 27 hrs to real the highest temp of 104 degrees . not a deal breaker that would have been the case with any tub we got. overall very pleased

Bestway? There has to be a better way.
Did lots of research and chose this tub due to the hydrojet feature. Set up was fairly simple and within a couple of days the tub was up to heat and the water chemistry was correct. Within the first week a portion of the digital readout stopped working. After a week of operation I removed the filter to find that the paper of the filter was stained with an oily substance which would not rinse clear, and the flow of the pump did not seem as strong. I initiated warranty claims for the digital readout and the filter/pump issue, providing the requested documentation and photos, only to have those warranty requests cancelled by SaluSpa/Bestway. I then opened new warranty claims with Bestway for the same issues, providing the requested documentation and photos. Keep in mind that this is after only one week of operation. Then Bestway followed up with this request: "Rep Note: Please send us an image of the power cord cut off of the pump. It MUST be cut as close to the base of the pump as possible and must show back of pump with cord removed in order for approval." Bestway provided no further instructions or images. This request does not make sense. I have asked Bestway for a call back to clarify their request. Over a week has gone by. I have repeatedly asked Bestway for clarification via email, to which they do not respond. I have attached screenshots of their request to my response to their request, only to have them respond with the same request. At this point I can only believe that this is a circular process designed to wear me down, and at its conclusion Bestway expects to get away with not honoring their warranty. Bestway has left me with no choice but to return the tub to Walmart prior to the return cutoff date, and to strongly recommend against anyone purchasing a Saluspa/Bestway product. They will not stand behind their products.

    love this hot tub
    we had a inflatable hot tub before and as soon as it got cold it was toast but this one is amazing . i love the jets and christmas week it got -24 wind chill in ky and it came out of that working perfect. i cant believe it. wonderful hot tub

    Perfect Spa For The Money
    We love it! easy to set up, easy to take care of as long as you're committed to the added chore to your daily routine. The hydro jets are great, not as good as the expensive spas but they are as good as you could ask for the price. We've used it daily going on 2 qeeks now.

    I'm very disappointed. This hot tub has great power for the jets etc but I bought in feb of 2022 and the first time we set it up, it didn't hold air. The company sent a replacement and now again it has lost air. There is no puncture hole.

    Great Hot Tub but not for 6 people
    I bought this for the jets and the size, however there is no way you're getting 6 people in this thing, that's why the 4 stars. In all honesty 3 grown adults will be pushing it. With that being said it is extremely easy to set up, just make sure it's on a level surface. The cover is nice, keep it on when not in use, this will help keep it at the proper temp and keep the dirt out of it. The filter is easy to get to and you should rinse it every 2 or 3 days depending on use. Overall my wife and I are happy with this purchase and we have been enjoying it. Buy It if you're on the fence, you won't regret it. Solid product.

    We like it!
    We had been wanting an inflatable hot tub for a year or so, and did a lot of research to make sure we got exactly what we wanted/needed. I wanted jets, and my husband wanted it to be square shaped - not round. We set this one up a week ago, got all of the chemicals to keep it clean and safe (we're using bromine), and it's awesome. My husband is in heaven. I like it too, but he's more the hot tub fan. It heated up quickly for us in Los Angeles. The outside temp was about 75 degrees, and it took a day to get the water to 100 degrees. The jets rule. The bubbles are weird...they are really loud, and it feels like you're in a cauldron. Not bad, but not my thing. We plugged it directly into our outdoor outlet, and have it on a flat surface with foam underneath. I'd like to get some sort of seat to sit on as I don't really like just sitting on the floor. We had to get an 8 x 8 pop up canopy because it's directly underneath a blooming jacaranda tree, and it's working great. No complaints so far. Hopefully it'll last us a long time!

    No brainer purchase just do it
    My first experience with an inflatable hot tub. To my knowledge, at this price point nothing touches this spa. It has real jets. The others have air jets that stir up the water, but this has actual spa type jets and they work well. Highly recommend. Simple, one-person set up and install. Pull the trigger

    Great fun purchase!
    So far we love this Hot Tub. It's easy to set up and use, attractive, and inexpensive. It stays at 104 degrees for about 15 min, which is adequate for us. Advice — purchase a puzzle 1” gym mat to go under it for comfort, most comfortable for 2 adults. We will take this Tub down in the summer and store it!

    We have had this for a few days , it came with 3 holes in the cover and they can't replace the part the only way to fix it is to return the whole item for 1 piece. So if you want to order this hopefully all the parts work if not you have to return the whole thing. We are definitely debating returning it because we paid for it to ALL be in perfect condition. The hot tub itself is ok it took 4 days to get to 104 an it drops down to 90 within 20 min an takes 14 hrs to get back to 104
