Excellent jobs
excellent picture. works well used in main bed room and as primary tv. easy to see from broad area as side view area. the tv is able use a bluetooh as well other etc.

    Where is the xbox app?
    I bought this tv on black friday specifically because this model was listed as one of the 2021 models that were supposed to get the xbox app when they rolled it out on December 6th.. as far as I have researched , and I have been relentlessly researching this, every other model on the list of compatable 2021 smart tvs now has the ability to have the xbox app. Why did they skip this one when it was clearly stated by samsung amount the models to get it? I tried to update firmware and it says I'm already running current firmware 1251 but on the support website it says it should have the 2111.1 update so I downloaded the update to a USB drive and tried to manually install it but it still says my tv is up to date.. that doesn't make since.. i hope I can return this tv so I can get one of the other 2021 models that got the update earlier this week. Any help would be much appreciated and would raise this to a five star review

    This Model Has Outstandingly Quality Features
    I use my Samsung TV For Streaming , Gaming , Listening to Music I mean you name it. I love how crisp and clear plus how smooth the picture just flows naturally together the colors are super rich and stunningly pleasing. 10 out of 10 all the way across the board for me great job Samsung

    We use our TV for movies, streaming services, sports and entertainment. My wife enjoys watchng her nature channel where we ge to listen and view spectacular images and rich in colors. We love our big screen Hi-def TV.

    Okay TV for the price
    I am not happy about this TV at all, I have some apps that for the life of me I cannot get added to the main page and have to do a search for every time I want to watch. The sound isn't great and I have purchased a sound bar to fix that. I also don't care for the fact that it will just start playing random stuff. Maybe if someone reached out to me and provide some sort of tutorship on how to navigate and fix the issues, I'd be okay but I am not having much luck.

    Great features, poor quality and longevity.
    We purchased our TV in December 2020. It worked great, the built in apps, voice remote and Samsung TV plus was fantastic. We've had intermittent struggles keeping it connected to the SmartThings App. In June 2022, we noticed lines at the bottom of the screen. We ran a video test, refresh, self diagnostic, power down and recommended troubleshooting tools. Nothing worked. The issue became progressively worse until by August the screen wouldn't display a picture at all. When we turn it on, it's black with a slight light (maybe the backlight is on?). The features were great, but shouldn't a TV last longer than 1.5 years?

    I like the clarity and the ease of use
    i like the clarity and the ease of use samsung brings to this au8000 tv. i combined it with the hw-q600a soundbar & swa-9100s rear speakers & it exceeded my wildest expectations. no complaints. i'm loving the samsung+ channel lineups too!
