I would buy it again.
This desk came in two boxes, both very heavy. After getting the boxes to where I needed them, I opened them and found them to be extremely well packaged, nothing damaged. There were a lot of pieces to be assembled, and I was a little apprehensive. However, the instructions were excellent and assembly was really quite straightforward. There were a few spots where I needed an extra pair of hands so be prepared for that. Otherwise I was extremely pleased at how it all turned out. The desk/hutch are functional but not what I would consider to be a nice piece of furniture. I have it in my basement to use as a workstation when needed. Good storage in the drawers.

Cheap Desk Cheaply Made
There needs to be a video on instructions on putting this together. The instructions that come with this is too confusing. I still have not been able to get the keyboard tray together and the drawers put in as I am having problems with the tracks. The person who was putting this together use to put these together where he worked and he is the one who couldn't get the tracks on right. No matter how they were turned nothing fit. I have one more person coming to try and fix this. Please fix a video on how to put together the computer try and drawers. One of the grooves for the drawers is too wide and the panel keeps sliding out. If the next person can't fix it I will have to return it.

    Wow! I love this desk, The richness in the color is beautiful. I use it as a computer desk and also as a crafter. Easy to put together husband did it by himself in less than 5 hours. Every piece was marked with a letter directions easy to follow. I would recommend this desk.

    Quality desk for home or office.
    Came in 2 large boxes, labeled 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 respectively. Directions were easy to follow. Wood is sturdy and the finish looks nice. My only problem was that there was an 8 inch crack in the finish of the desktop, but easy enough to cover up. Otherwise intact. Suggestions: If you plan on moving the desk around at all in the future, then don't follow the instructions for attaching the hutch to the desk itself after building it. Invest in L brackets and 1/4" inch screws to secure it to the desktop. If you are planning to leave it where you place it, then follow instructions to build it in place and you will have a sturdy desk in one piece. The only way to detach the hutch if you follow instructions start to finish is to disassemble the entire desk in reverse. Also, I highly recommend L brackets to reinforce the bookshelf nook. According to the instructions, the shelf is only equipped to support 7 pounds, whereas the CD nook (above the monitor opening) says it supports 20 pounds. I put 4 brackets, 2 on each side, and could instantly feel the difference. I even pushed down on it and the shelf didn't even flex. A quality desk overall that I am very happy with. DIY reinforcing will certainly help sturdiness and I recommend it.

    Very Nice Looking Desk

Lots of steps, but it went together pretty easily. He didn't have to redrill holes or make any adjustments. I realize that it's a laminate, but it still looks very nice and fits my needs perfectly!

    A good buy
    A good solid piece of furniture for the price. And a good amount of drawer space for the size. The only thing my husband said was that the assembly would have been easier if the instructions had you put together the base first instead of the hutch
