The expandable storage for the Series X|S is super fast, and very easy to use. They are a little pricey, but you can catch them on sale from time to time around $185-$200. I'm guessing these will come down in price in the next year or two

If you get an external seagate storage it will slow down your Xbox. However this card will keep the base power and add storage. Is it worth 200$ probably not.

    Xbox series X/S 512 GB SSD
    I have the Xbox series s all digital. I was able to buy it at a walmart store a few months ago. I was surprised they had a few in a case, it was the first time I've seen a new system in a store that I could get. I was hoping to get the series x but scalpers are very expensive. Any way the series s only has 364GB of space available, it's not much space for X/S games. I have 7 X/S games installed in the internal and it's almost full. A 1TB and 2TB cost a lot of money and this one is the cheapest at $140.00. It only has 456GB of usable space so I should be able to install about 10 X/S games on it depending on the size of the games. I plugged it in to my series s while it was on and it activated right away and so far it's working good and fast. It arrived at my APT in good condition. I also have a 5TB External HDD drive that I use for storage and can play the Xbox one and older games, it takes a little longer to load, but it works.

    Wasn't sure at first but it is worth it
    I was hesitent to purchase this at the price they are asking but it really is worth it. You run out of room on the internal drive so very quickly. The performance is just as good as the internal and I am no longer deleting every time I want to try something new. All of the games that have upgrades for the series S or X need either the internal drive or this add on to run with the upgraded features.

    Great device and everything works, but the price is a little out of hand. I understand that's because it's an SSD and pc users pay this yada yada yada.. I'm just saying either way that's a lot of money

    Does what it's suppose to.
    It does what it suppose to. Add more storage space that the Xbox series X can use directly. It's is as easy to install as the memory cards of old. Which is very easy for those to young to remember or have experienced memory cards with video game consoles.
