Not Built To Last
I bought my safe about a month ago, and the lid has completely fell off, the hinges broke. I’m not sure what happened? I haven’t dropped it it’s been in the same place since I bought it.

    Relaxing finally!
    This safe allows me to sleep better at night. I'm renting a room at the moment and I used to take everything I considered valuable with me every time I left the house now I can breathe a little bit because I know my property is secure.

    SentrySafe 1200 Fire-Resistant Box with Key Lock
    Oct 19, 2018, I purchased this SentrySafe 1200 Fire-Resistant Box with Key Lock and it has been somewhat full of essential papers and kept in a closet...safely out of everyone's way...but after a few short years, the lid...top...where the actual locking mechanism is at, has loosed itself completely. I can still lock it, but I can take the top off "WITHOUT" using a key; explaining why its no longer fireproof. Im hoping to find a better product.

    White flakes and powder, confusing documentation
    When I opened the new box, I found white flakes in the storage area and powder on the inside lid. Removed most but they keep coming from somewhere. I also saw 4 depressions as shown in the photo. No idea what they are and nothing in the documentation. Also the documentation mentions it should be stored "with the feed down." There are no feet anywhere on the box. Very confusing

    Not so safe, Safe
    I lost the key and was unsure if it was possible to lock them inside (thought i locked them inside). I came to check the reviews to see if it could be done...and read that you can easily pick the lock (someone stated they did with a toothpick). I didn't have a toothpick handy, but a ziptie lay neaby. I have never picked a lock before, but was able to open this safe with a ziptie in less than 30 seconds.
