Serta Office Chair
Chair is ok but really expected a lot more comfort being a Serta. Should be less expensive and if I could would return and buy a different chair.

    Probably would not buy this chair again.
    I've had a few months to try this chair out and for the most part, it is comfortable. I had both decorative pieces on the arm part of the chair to fall out and not fit back in. (I could glue them I guess. These are to cover the tiny screw holes where the arm padding attaches to the arm of the chair.) Also, I need to go back and read if the back of this chair should recline somewhat. If it is supposed to, mine does not. 3 stars. This was one of the qualities I wanted in a chair. If it is not supposed to, my mistake and giving myself 3 stars.

    Words can't adequately describe my pleasure with my Serta AIR Chair. Not only is it one of the most visually attractive chairs I have seen or sat in, but its comfortability and functionality - are the real deal! I'm able to work at much longer stretches, based on the way the chair adapts to and supports my posture, and the soft leather - adds to significant stress relief.     Comfortable, perfect chair
    Very comfortable chair. Not overly bulky like some leather ones tend to be, but also not too small. Would (and have) highly recommend this chair. Was very easy to assemble. My 3 year old daughter helped me.

    Quality Workmanship, good for your body.
    I've had 3 office desk chairs in the last 19 years. The first was quite good ergonomically--firm pads (though worn fabric) in all the right places--then my niece's dog ate a chunk out of the seat...so I got a cool looking import but the fabric was abrasive to the skin and it didn't tilt! Actually I reverse-engineered it to do so, but that worked intermittently. The last time it decided not to tilt, I said, that's it! I'm going to find a quality desk chair that is good to my body . Well, to put it in a few words, this chair is an ERGONOMIC THRONE! I feel like I'm in the first class section on an airline flight. The leather is a very nice touch; it has that quality "leather squeak" that gives and takes; there's mesh in strategic places to dissipate body heat; and the tilt is just the perfect tension between upright and reclining. For even the bottom rung of do-it-yourself-ers, instructions for assembly are quite manageable. Cheers! Caroline

    good for the most part
    Everything about the chair is great except that it feels a little wobbly. We checked to be sure we did assembly right and tried to adjust but still wobbly. Hoping it won't break or become worse b/c otherwise it's very comfy w/good support, padding, and quite nice looking. Here's hoping it holds up!

    I LOVE this chair. My back feels much better!
    Came one day later than predicted but is truly fantastic. I have lower lumbar disc problems and this has really reduced my pain after being in it at the office all day. Yay.

    Perfect for bad backs on a budget
    Super comfy. Looks great! Easy to assemble. The only issue I have with the chair is the attention to detail during the manufacturing. I'm a tid bit OCD and there are just little things that you can't see unless you're up close that could have been done better.

    Very comfortable chair
    This chair has eased my back pain to the point of nonexistence. It is very comfortable and has helped my posture out. It is well padded, although the seat seems a little deflated after only two weeks of use (the only reason I have for docking this chair any points, as was the main problem with my previous chair and why I replaced it) but still seems like it'll support me for a long time. I wanted a chair that had a tall back, supported my back, had comfortable armrests, and supported my weight (close to max @ 240 pounds) with ease and comfort. This chair satisfies all of these and I'm very pleased. Also has good hydraulics. It's the envy of my best friend, and I am sure I'd buy it again if and when I need one for another room. Also, as a bonus, it fits in pretty well with my existing furniture, some of which is maple, black, or gray, though that was not one of my considerations when I bought it.
