Serta is a well known and trusted mattress maker. Mattress had all the things my daughter was looking for in a crib mattress--waterproof outside, breathable, 2 sided design for infant and toddler. Hope my granddaughter likes it.

    Timely delivery
    I ordered this to be delivered to my cousin far away. It was delivered right on time as promised. And it's a really nice mattress. Should hold up well.

    Comes with a hole apparently
    I have ordered this mattress twice now and every single time it has come with a hole! We tried to buy the one they had in store but it was filthy and had rust colored something all over it. How can I re-order this and it NOT have a hole in it?! The picture attached is the most recent one I received with a hole.

    I like the mattress. The only think I dislike was it was shipped in the plastic bag and there was holes in the bag. Thank goodness the mattress stayed clean.

    Very comfortable and affordable mattress. Love the fact that it indicates which side is newborn and which is toddler. Also love that it is water proof.

    Item was suppose to be here on Tuesday and didn't arrive until Sunday. Came in only plastic that was ripped, the mattress was dirty and had a tear in it. Absolutely unexceptable and has been more of a hassle to deal with then just going to a store to buy one.

    Exactly what I expected
    Exactly what i expected as I purchased this mattress already for our daughter. I love that it can be used for a baby then flipped over for a toddler. Also, waterproof and has fire protectant. Great quality. The only negative was that it was delivered 2 days late but it came intact so very happy.

    Came damaged the coil frame was bent in, had to do a return and get a replacement, Hope the replacement is in good condition! Fingers crossed!
