Serta Perfect!
This chair is perfect for me at 5ft 3in. Very fluffy, comfy and easy to operate. The power button to recline is in just the right area to reach without strain. The color is gray and looks great in my room. I use it for reading and relaxing during "ME" time. The chair came in one big box that fit through the front door. I assembled the chair without help and no tools are needed; easy peasy. I would recommend this recliner!

Great chair but?
It's a good chair, pretty comfortable I'm 6”2 240lbs. I fit ok little small vertically feet hang off a foot so sit back further and use a pillow and I'm great horizontal it's very wide only issue I had was with shipping (FedEx ) had 2 good size holes in the box and fabric wasn't happy but it's on bottom part so I see it.

    I love this recliner!
    This recliner is outstanding! I was reluctant to buy because price was so low (under $300) compared to other recliners. I needed to buy one for my elderly mother's bedroom so she could sit and watch tv - so it had to be comfortable. I didn't want anything too fancy but did know it had to be electric because she's not strong enough to use the old type side handles. The trusted Serta brand and reviews made me give it a try but I did hold my breath. I received the recliner in 2 days and WHOA! It was easy to put together (I did by myself, female 5'1) and is very plush and beautiful. I bought the beige, so elegant. I'm thinking about buying another for myself in gray. Don't hesitate this purchase, you can't beat the price and quality.

    Short people this is for you!
    I bought this chair both for the really great price, cheaper here than at the competition. And Serta, figured it had to be decent. This is the first chair less than $1K - $2K that fits my height (5'1") and my 200 lb width. My feet do not touch the ground just sitting in it but just a touch of the button brings the foot rest forward enough that it is comfortable. I feel this would be perfect for even someone 5'6" or so. The back is designed so that it does not push your head forward like most, so does not give me a headache. The lumbar support feels ample when reclined. The back and arms are super cushy, the seat not so much BUT if it was it would be difficult for some to get up out of. It reclines smoothly and almost flat so if needed, such as after a surgery, you could easily sleep in it. My son put the back on with one click, no screws, could have done it myself if not for a bad shoulder. Now, for the color. I only considered the fabric as I feel it is more comfortable, and ordered brown. When the first one arrived, it was grey. A beautiful grey, but not with my stuff. They sent the brown and it is NOT the beautiful milk chocolate shown in the ad, but more medium roast Columbian coffee bean color. I am getting used to that. Apparently they used natural or incandescent lighting for the photos vs the LED in my living room. Oh well. All in all, I am VERY pleased with this chair, would recommend it!

    This recliner is sooo comfortable. I was leery buying online instead of in a store because I couldnt test it out but I am 100% satisfied. It is easy to put together, feels sturdy and well made and the grey color and material are really nice.

    Great chair for the price
    These chairs seem extremely sturdy but comfortable. The pillow top for head support does not go all the way to the top of the chair so I can see previous issues people had with support; however, I am 5'5 and these chairs were extremely comfortable. Nice gray color and fabric is soft. The power recline is smooth and motor is quiet. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable power recliner.

    Wonderful for small adults!
    This chair is very small, made for people about 5'2". If that's the case this chair is a perfect fit! The seat is quite firm. The electronic recline is smooth. It came with the back needing to be assemble to the base and a plug to connect which only took me about 2 minutes to accomplish! It appears to be SERTA quality and the material is nice and soft to the touch.

    This is the perfect chair for me due to having neck surgery and needing a chair to sleep and rest in. The button isnt too far down for me to reach without strain. I do have to use a pillow in the lumbar area of my back for extra support of my right shoulder and lower back. Other than that I give this chair a 10. The size is perfect if you are short and I am, 5ft 2in. I love the fact once open the chair is solid without openings. Fabric is soft and not hot at all. Hope this helps others who need a bargain and a great deal. The color is grey.

    This recliner is comfortable if you use a pillow for neck support. I believe this chair should be advertized for people under 5' 6”. If your tall you will need s pillow for supporting your neck and a lot of your leg will hang over the foot rest. That being said, with the pillow I am confortable in the recliner chair. The power button is easy to operate and the motor noise is minor.
