Awesome pillow!!
Oh my, I cannot believe how comfortable this Sertapedic Super Firm Pillow is! From the moment I laid my head on it I felt like I was in heaven. I haven't had that good of a night sleep in forever. It is super super comfy. I have tried numerous kinds of pillows and this one is so far my favorite. I don't like pilllows trust are too soft because your head just drowns in them. And neither do I like pillows that are super firm because they feel like lying on a brick. Even though this one says “super firm” it is not at all hard on your head but instead it supports your head and neck making it very comfortable to sleep. The cover is made out of 300 count thread cotton and polyester blend, and the insides are 100 percent polyester. The pillow is machine washable and can be dried in the dryer, although I haven't tried that yet. Overall I think it is a great pillow and I would definitely recommend it.

Terrible quality lasted less than 2 months
I purchased these pillows less than 2 months ago because the previous ones I purchased over a year and half ago last well into their expected lifetime. However, one of the two new pillows have now ripped along a seam with exposed stuffing after such a short period of time and normal use, spending most of its time just sitting on the bed. What happened to making things of good enough quality to make it through at least the expected lifetime of the product? Disappointing and terrible!

    I ordered 2 packs and overall they are great quality pillows. But one did come torn unfortunately my husband threw the box away so I'm not able to return it.

    Unhappy af!
    The first pillow I unrolled has what looks like tire tread, or a big boot print. I know a lot of things are automated but that should've been caught. Not happy at all!

    It looked fluffy once I fluffed it out. It came rolled up in a box. I felt hot sleep on it last night. I don't think it was firm at all. The pillow sunk in where my head laid.

    Pillows flatten easily after a couple weeks.
    These pillows did not last a full month. Being that is was supposed to be super firm, you would think they would not be as worn out as they are. I brought these pillows Dec 13th, 2022 and they were flat by New Years. I totally recommend buying a different pillow. Very disappointed that my cool nite pillows are in better conditions with me being a heavy sleeper compared to my partner's super firm pillows.

    Package is ripped open at top of package both outside and inside plastic , pillow is slightly wet in rain. I retreved it 5 min after delivery from my porch. Delivered as pictured !

    damaged pillow
    I have one of their damage pillows that I have to sit here and sell it by hand, I called to help center all they're going to do is refund me $5 back on my purchase price that is bull. I'm giving a bad review because Walmart needs to check their items before they send them out not just go ahead and just send them. I'm going to reply on pictures on this so be warned that if you get one of these you're going to either ask you to return it or they're going to give you a 15% discount which is five bucks back on your account.

    Not a hypoallergenic pillow - Microban in fabric
    I would give the Sertapedic Super Firm pillow less than one star if I could. Microban additive in pillow caused an asthma attack. I bought this online and there was no info about this in the description and the Microban logo that's on the corner of the packaging was not in the picture on the website. This is not a hypoallergenic product.

    I am not impressed...
    I just got this pillow the other day and there is a big hole already forming at the seams. I do like the firmness of the pillow, but it is already falling apart. I wouldn't recommend this if you care about the longevity of your pillow.
