Slept well on this super firm pillow
I normally sleep on the average pillow - nothing that indicates firm/super firm. This pillow is a good sleep. I did not find it too firm that I didn't sleep well. I actually slept pretty good. The pillow looks just like the photo; 5-6 inch depth. I highly recommend for purchase.

Terrible quality lasted less than 2 months
I purchased these pillows less than 2 months ago because the previous ones I purchased over a year and half ago last well into their expected lifetime. However, one of the two new pillows have now ripped along a seam with exposed stuffing after such a short period of time and normal use, spending most of its time just sitting on the bed. What happened to making things of good enough quality to make it through at least the expected lifetime of the product? Disappointing and terrible!

    Not a hypoallergenic pillow - Microban in fabric
    I would give the Sertapedic Super Firm pillow less than one star if I could. Microban additive in pillow caused an asthma attack. I bought this online and there was no info about this in the description and the Microban logo that's on the corner of the packaging was not in the picture on the website. This is not a hypoallergenic product.

    I am not impressed...
    I just got this pillow the other day and there is a big hole already forming at the seams. I do like the firmness of the pillow, but it is already falling apart. I wouldn't recommend this if you care about the longevity of your pillow.

    My favorite pillow from Walmart
    I actually have gotten several different pillows before at Walmart including a more expensive Sertapedic version (two of them) and yet these are my favorite ones so far. They are quite thick and yet have a nice bounciness to them. Look at the picture I attached of two of them and how thick they are. They give great support for the head. I sleep on all sides and find myself using this pillow the most because of its support and thickness of the pillow. They are called "super firm" but actually are a medium thick pillow. Very highly recommended.

    Mixed feelings about this pillow here...
    This pillow is soft, yet firm. It has no smell out of the bag. As a Spark Reviewer, I received this free in exchange for an honest review. The first night we had it, I slept with it and woke up several times with more neck and shoulder pain than normal. No matter how I positioned it, it didn't support my head well. I eventually moved it to between my knees and it provides great support for my legs and hips. The next night, and since, my husband used it. In many ways he is pickier about pillows than I am, but he does like this pillow. It has decreased his snoring a bit, too. I would recommend checking to see how well the pillow supports your head, with your body and sleep positions. It just isn't the right support for me, but works well for my husband, who is a large man.

    Awesome pillow!!
    Oh my, I cannot believe how comfortable this Sertapedic Super Firm Pillow is! From the moment I laid my head on it I felt like I was in heaven. I haven't had that good of a night sleep in forever. It is super super comfy. I have tried numerous kinds of pillows and this one is so far my favorite. I don't like pilllows trust are too soft because your head just drowns in them. And neither do I like pillows that are super firm because they feel like lying on a brick. Even though this one says “super firm” it is not at all hard on your head but instead it supports your head and neck making it very comfortable to sleep. The cover is made out of 300 count thread cotton and polyester blend, and the insides are 100 percent polyester. The pillow is machine washable and can be dried in the dryer, although I haven't tried that yet. Overall I think it is a great pillow and I would definitely recommend it.

    Solid, firm pillow
    This is a great pillow if you're a side or back sleeper. If you're a stomach sleeper, it's likely going to hold your neck in an uncomfortable position. It's lightweight, but good and firm, and it bounces back when you lift your head off of it (not like memory foam bounces back, but because the filling is packed pretty tightly). This pillow would also make a good filler for a decorate pillow sham since it's squared at the edges and doesn't flop around.

    Perfect firmness for me.
    I love thick form pillows! But I want them soft enough to be comfortable. This is my perfect pillow. It is standard size because I sometimes like to align it under me as I lie belly-down. With this pillow, it feels like I'll comfortably lie over my husband. My head falls slightly and comfortably as if on his chest. It has no smell. It puffs up when I get up. Perfect depth for sleeping on my side as well. I rarely sleep belly-up, but I do read at night and this pillow gives me perfect support. Very happy with it so far. I like the strap hem that goes all around allowing it to be very puffy without making it too big. I was able to easily put it in the pillow protector and pillow case by squashing it. Love it!

    Amazing
    I absolutely love my new pillow! I'm one of those people that can only sleep with my pillow, so I travel with it. This pillow is so thick and firm and soft. I'm a sick sleeper and this pillow is perfect! I am happy to replace my old pillow with this much better one! It doesnt just go flat when you lay on it. It stays fluffy and firm to support your neck. Exactly what you would expect from the serta brand!
