Amazing Shark Vacuum !
Honestly, a really good vacuum for the price, I got it on Roeback for $140 and it was definitely worth the purchase. I used it ready out of the box and it immediately started picking stuff up caught up so much hair that I didn't even realize was still on the floor. It works so well especially if you have any animals and picks up lots of hair. I also didn't realize that it also had a carpet feature which is nice so it can be used for carpet or hardwood floors.

Bad Design
The reservoir is at the top of the handle on the back side causing it to be unbalanced. If you have to stop vacuuming (maybe to move something) it will fall in the floor, if you try leaning it against something it will slid down in the floor if not on carpet because it's unbalanced. I returned it.

    I wanted to love vacuum. But sadly it’s a hassle.
    At first i really liked this vacuum. The vacuum is quite powerful. It is pretty quiet. I don’t like the design it gets a clog of dog (borders collie) hair between the head and the tube. Also in the head, meaning i have to take it apart with screw driver and clean it out. Also the opening at the dirt collector at top gets clogs. Sometimes I take the head off and suck up hair around the baseboards with it just like that. Then put it back together and do the rest of the floor. Now that i have had it almost 2 months the battery had started to not charge good. I really wanted to like this vacuum. because it’s pretty lightweight compared to my Dyson. As you age and if you’ve had any joint problems which I just had my shoulder reverse replaced. It means a lot.

    Good suction, questionable maneuverability.
    I just got this and have used once on the only carpet I have remaining in my house - 1 stairway. I was impressed by how much pet hair and dirt it picked up. My only complaint is that, for it's primary purpose for me - to vacuum these stairs - it's a bit of a hassle. The nozzle on the Standard Floor Nozzle that attaches (either directly to the handheld vaccum head or the wand) flexes from side-to-side and cannot be locked. It makes it a bit more difficult to maneuver the head properly on the stairs. But I did the stairs and still had 3 bars of battery life, so batter power seems more than sufficient for me so far. I bought this so I didn't have to carry my canister vacuum up to the top of the stairs and hope not to let it fall down while I'm cleaning (that has happened). Overall, so far, so good.

    Light and powerful
    I love this vacumm! It's light, yet powerful and the best part is that it's cordless. I had vacuumed my bedroom Sunday with a brand new vacuum from a different brand. I received this one the following Tuesday and decided to try it out. I was shocked at how much hair and dust it vacuumed. I love the bending feature for easy reach under furniture . For the price you can't beat it. Absol recommend 10/10

    Great Buy!
    Had this vacuum about 2 weeks and so far I love it. It's very light weight and I love that it has a bend in it to use under furniture. I tried the attachment for stairs and honestly, it's so light, it's easier just to use the actual vacuum. We have a golden retriever and it picks up all the dog hair with no problems. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

    Great vacuum!
    Love this vacuum. I also own the Pet Pro Plus but needed another vacuum but didn't really want to pay the higher price for the Pet Pro Plus. This vacuum is just as powerful and efficient, but I got it for $179 instead of $319. Highly recommend. I actually bought another one for my daughter, I liked it so much. It's light and powerful and the battery life is 20-40 mins depending on the surface being vacuumed. I also like that it folds to help store it in more compact places.

    Sold me a used product
    I bought this and was so excited to use it but when I brought it home from the store and opened the box, the canister was already completely full of dirt and hair! For this price, when I buy something new at the store I expect it to actually be new, not used and dirty. Especially in the middle of a pandemic! I returned it and bought a different model shark vacuum from bed bath
