Life changing
If you haven't tried a robot vacuum, you should because it is LIFE CHANGING. This is my second Shark robot vacuum. I was excited to upgrade mine to the Shark AI Robot vacuum. With this one, you can use your phone to control it - schedule cleaning, see where and how much it cleaned, and the power of it. This vacuum goes in rows, not sporadic patterns. So you have the nice vacuum lines on your carpet. It works wonders on carpet, tile, and hardwood. The thing that REALLY makes this vacuum awesome is that it has a dock that automatically empties out the vacuum. It can hold quite a lot. I only have to empty out the dock about once a month. As much as I run my vacuum, it never has ran the battery all the way down yet. All in all, this vacuum saves me so much time and energy. (Three small kids make a million crumbs a day!) This mama approves of this amazing Shark robot vacuum!

Waste of money, buy something else!!!
Bought this vacuum to replace a shark robot vacuum I had previously. The last one was great, with 3 dogs it always got up all the hair and never left clumps anywhere. This purchase however, is a completely different story. When transitioning from hardwood floors to any rugs (they are all very low fluff/flat) rugs, there is ALWAYS hair and trash along the edges. So then I always have to go back over the entire house with a different vacuum. I've tried completely taking the thing apart and cleaning it out really well before the next run and it's no use. Super disappointed. Would rate zero stars if it was an option.

    Game changer!
    We are an animal loving household which means we have a LOT of hair. With four cats and two dogs (one being a German shepherd who sheds an unbelievable amount) simply sweeping and vacuuming once a day just wasn't cutting it. This vacuum runs twice a day and has been a game changer. I only empty the main canister about every two and a half weeks and our floors are clean! Best investment! Super satisfied and it handles the dirt and hair no problem.

    its pretty impressive hot it makes difficult transitions from bare floor to thick room suze rugs. its kinda loud, but does a great job! easy to put together. easy to empty debris container.

    Super easy to set up and i love the dump feature. Dont forget to check the filter. Vacuums pretty well and has a long battery life. everything can be controlled via the app.

    Best Buy I've ever bought!
    I don't know how I've lived without this . Works on carpet and hard floors. Doesn't get stuck on things and remembers where it cleans. I've had 3 and this is best one by far. And after it cleans it goes back to base empty's . Mine I had to charge over night first day I got it .

    Babysit for a week then it'll work as advertised
    for the first few days you're gonna want this little guy running when you're home incase it chokes and dies from lint hair or dust probably from under a bed or dresser and it'll probably get lost while it's exploring the house for the first few days as well and run out of battery trying to find its way to charging station it did for me. and finally at the end of the first week give the filters on the roomba and charging station a quick clean then it'll finally be ready to work on its own with a monthly checkup as advertised

    We absolutely love this vaccuum! We were skeptical at first since we have so much dog hair with 2 dogs, but it works great!! I highly recommend others to try it. Love the fact it can also lift up onto rugs and over trim pieces. Easily fits under our couches and end tables.

    amazing little vacuum!
    this thing is awesome. it took a couple runs for it to map out our house well, but now it knows every nook and cranny! it also has awesome item detection. a dog toy was laying on the floor and i noticed it kept coming back until i picked it up. once i did, it "looked" for the bone. didnt detect it so it went to the next area. it has great suction, does awesome around baseboards, fits under most of our furniture and has convenient features like alexa/google home activation, self emptying and cleaning reports. with 3 dogs and a cat this was absolutely worth every penny. im so glad i decided to get one! i love the row cleaning. i feel like its more thorough simply because you can see the robot progressing row by row. If youre in the market for a new irobot vacuum, give this shark a try!
