Why didnt i buy it sooner?
Wow, it is as poweful as you want it to be, it comes with attachments for clothes and other areas, like bathroom... with an old dog that is having issues in my home, this is perfect for me. Once i initially got it, i tried ot, and my son was sitting on the couch and saw the difference in how clean it was. That says a lot, he is a teenager! Lol great prodict, it is worth it.

Sent a different model
I was sent a different model (s3901MX) than the one listed here (S3973D) The instructions were all in Spanish and it does not have the hose attachment and corresponding pad or triangle mop head/pad. Hard to figure out if I need to mail it back or if I can return to store and how I can get the one that I thought I paid for...

    Great Over Household Tool
    I purchased Lift-Away to clean my floors. It does a great job on my tile floors. To my surprise it does so much more. The above floor attachment is great on my counter tops and make it feel so extra clean. The steamer work good on my shirts I no longer need to take them to the cleaner. I can wash the shirts at home then steam them and wow what a coast savings.

    This is great mop replacement if you have mostly hard floor in your apartment or home. It's easier than mopping and faster too. The main feature that separates this from any and all other mops is the lift away feature that lets you use this to clean furniture, counter tops, and even steam clean your clothes. The biggest down side is the water tank is not as big as I would like.

    Think it'll be fun to use
    I've used it once now and felt it did a better job than my older Shark steam mop. The steam pad was a lot dirtier! Looking forward to using the lift-away attachment in a couple places where the tile is hard to clean.

    Great product, received early
    I really liked the I received the Shark Lift Away steam mop 2 days before expected arrival date. I liked that it was in the original package. I was a bit leery of ordering on line since I read a review about receiving products that were returned to the store, then shipped out to on line customers. This product was in the condition as if I was in the store.

    Bad vendor, quality of product, as yet, unknown.
    This is more of a review of the seller, rather than the product. The Shark steam mop was shipped from Electronics R Us, one of Walmarts vendors. The mop we received was well used, dirty, had lime buildup in the water reserve and in tank. The box was smashed/distroyed and has been re-taped. Hard to believe anyone would have shipped this mop and expected to pass it off as new. Very disappointed with Walmart for using this vendor. I have never received this bad of an order. Walmart was very good and quick on the return and credit, so it is all on the vendor, Electronics R Us.

    package had been opened. pad was dirty that came with. scratches all over machine. definitely used before. works but has been pre-owned and poorly taken care of. The pad was dirty after taking it out of box. box was damaged and wrapped together with plastic wrap. newspapers were keeping object steady in box.

    I like the mop
    I have bought probably 4 of them over the past few years. I love the way it cleans, there are a couple things I am disappointed about. The one I just bought, with the lift off hand held “mop” does not attach to the part that holds the water. It looks like they sent the wrong attachment!!! Therefore the only way I can use it is for floors!! I specifically chose this one do I could use the wand to clean other surfaces besides floors.

    Easy to assemble
    Just used it for the first time. I originally bought the Genius but returned it for the Pro steam because it holds more water and comes with helpful attachments.
