3 months in and it is messed up!
Bought this for my 83 year old dad. It was fine for about 3 months. Now pictures are turning in different directions and the menu keeps coming up like someone is touching it but nothing is even close to the screen. For the amount of money we paid, this is horribly disappointing. I even recommended this brand to friends. It stays off most of the time now.

    Wonderful Gift for Grandparents
    I received this frame as a Mother's Day gift from my daughter and her family. It was very easy to set up and I love the fact that you send pictures directly from your phone. You can invite others to send pictures to your frame. I get new pics of my grandchildren almost everyday. So much better than the old digital frames! I already purchased one for my sister for her birthday.

    Have that hard to shop for person?
    I bought this for my boss and his wife, they are hard to shop for because they do have everything but they 6 kids that live in different states and even out of the country! They dont all do Facebook/Instagram so it was nice to be able to have them use this to share pictures. My boss cried a bit. The picture quality is amazing and its so easy to use! He loves getting the pictures his kids send unexpectedly! Definitely recommend for that hard to shop for person!

    Great Frame!
    I bought one for my parents for Christmas. I loved it so much, I wanted to get one for myself but it's sold out now. Everyone enjoys looking at the pictures. It's very easy to use and navigate through. It's like a Screensaver of pictures. You can email the pictures to thr frame or use the app. Definitely recommend if it ever gets back in stock!

    Useless
    Purchased frame for Grandparents for Christmas. Frame arrived timely, however would not load the frame id. After several factory reset settings, email to customer service, waiting on hold for over 2hrs with no help I am beyond frustrated. Thanks for the useless Christmas gift!! Will be returning!!!!!

    Stop looking at other frames and buy this one!
    If your thinking of buying any other photo frame stop right now. This one has high resolution photos, can store a TON, easy step by step setup and no subscription required. Others out there like the much adverstised Skylight Frame cant compare when it comes to photo quality. The app could use a refresh but it works and its easy to share access so other family members can upload photos or just email them. My parents in their 70s LOVED it and my dad even said it would be a great gift for someone in a nursing home.
