Not cool. Fell apart
I ordered these pills. After a month, they started falling apart. They were never dropped or moved from my cabinet yet they appear to be blended up into chunks.

    Short shelf life
    No shelf life. Once you crack the seal, you might have 3 weeks to take them all before the capsules start bursting.

    Long wait after taking the pills.
    They work as described. The drawback to me is the 45 minute wait before working out. I have a busy schedule. If you're on a tight schedule that almost full hour is wasted just waiting around to work out, or an hour later to bed if you work out at night.

    Good pre-workout booster
    It does work. I experimented with and without taking before workouts and I did notice a difference. More reps and more endurance. Simple amino acid complex to give a boost to your workouts. Aminos increase blood flow, so also helps in the bedroom too :) I'm glad it doesn't contain creatine, which many other pre/post workout supplements have. The one negative thing about these pills is that they fall apart if stored outside of the bottle. I was putting the pills in a pill case for my workout supplements and after a while, the coating started cracking and they began falling apart (see photo). If kept stored in the original bottle, they were ok. I've never seen this happen with any other pill. Ever! They need a better quality pill coating.

    Only negative thing is Walmarts shipping on this.
    The product itself is great, gives me plenty of energy and ready for my workout, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a boost of energy for their workout.
