Waste of money
Got this for my son to burn energy during this heat wave and the springs popped off within a week of using it. Tried to contact costumer service and the number was not active.

    broke within 2 weeks
    I wanted to like this trampoline but the traps that hold the metal springs broke within 1-2 weeks. And my son is only 12 and well under the weight limit (approx 90 lbs).

    Disappointed
    Bought this for my boys for Christmas. It was great at first...about three months of use later and the black straps that hold the metal bar with the springs attached started coming out of the stitching from the pad. Three times this has happened and I've had to sew it back on to fix it. So disappointed. None of my boys are over 100 lbs by the way and they jump one at a time.

    Excellent small space exerciser.
    I read many reviews before deciding to purchase this. It has wonderful bounce. (I returned the one I bought at another Sporting Goods store which had no bounce whatsoever.) I also liked the teal blue cover, a pleasant color to look at as opposed to black plastic. I agree with the reviewer that said it was very squeaky after a few uses. I pulled down the cover and carefully oiled the springs at all points of contact. I bought this to keep myself active during mandatory two week quarantine during lockdown in a small space. You can bounce, jog, jump, walk, skip rope, etc. The manual did not come with suggested exercises, but you can find them online. Also the manual does not give instructions on how to fold the unit, that is an omission that should be corrected. I intend to call them to ask how to do so and mention this. Set up was extremely easy, just unfold it. It might be helpful to have a second person although I did it alone, (63 year old mom). I intend to use this daily to get in my steps while watching a show or listening to an audiobook. Great price. Good luck. Enjoy!

    Didn't last a month with 1 little girl jumping
    We got this for our child to jump on in the house. She's not very heavy. We have had other trampolines. They usually last a year. But the springs on this one are made of aluminum and break very easily. We got it on March 1st and before March 31, so many springs had broken, we had to throw it away.

    Only lasted a short while
    Worked great for about 3 monrhs. Then the mat broke, customer service sent a new mat, and now the metal spring holders are bent and customer service won’t respond.

    I love it!
    All I had to do was install the legs after unfolding it when I received it. This mini trampoline had added an element of exercise to my day as I watch my TV shows with my husband.

    Excellent little trampoline.
    It's a great little trampoline at an excellent price. I am 205 pounds and it handles me perfectly well. During the times of COVID, it is great to have in-home cardio instead of a bulky and expensive cycle or treadmill. Grateful for very fast shipping from this store.
