Comfortable and Supportive
I really like the easy setup. The fact that it's compressed makes it easier to move it where you want it before setup and without worrying about it getting dirty beforehand. It expanded quickly after unwrapping it. Within 24 hours, you have a normal mattress, the compression doesn't affect anything, it fully expands and you can't even tell it was ever any different. It is super comfortable. Firm mattresses sometime seem to mean "hard as a brick". This is not. It's firm, as in supportive. Great for those that have back or neck issues. With my previous mattress; I was always waking up with neck pain and my back sore. This mattress leaves me feeling fully supported at night, so I can sleep without tossing and turning and trying to get comfortable. It's also very comfortable, it's not stiff or inflexible. I sleep better at night, wake up without pain or soreness in the morning and look forward to going to bed each night. It also doesn't absorb heat so I don't feel overly warm over night. Firm, supportive and super comfortable. I have no complaints thus far; hopefully this mattress will last for many years to come.

The Bed is Really hard and not a king because it doesn't fit my king box spring or my king sheet set its smaller and not worth the $365 I paid for it

    Box and queen mattress arrived in good condition. initially while still in plastic mattress seemes small and measured 54 inches wide like a full instead of 60 inches for queen. Opened it on top of current bad and expanded to queen. Made sure house was warm and turned ceiling fan on high. Most reviewers are only measuring seam to seam when they say bed only got to 10 inches. Bed has to be measured with a yardstick or flat edge on top and extend outward. Will update review after sleeping a week or so. But for now, it seems like an awesome deal and better than all foam beds.

    Too firm for me
    I think mattresses are one of the most difficult things to buy online, but I decided to give it a shot. The mattress came nicely packaged. Once we got it out of the box and plastic, it didn't really take long to take form. It did have a wet paint type smell for quite a while after unboxing it. I think it's too firm. It's like laying on a carpeted floor. I prefer a softer, pillow top like mattress, like you'd find at most hotels. I'm just grateful this is a spare bed, and not my main bed.

    If you like a firm mattress then this one is for you! It came shrunken in a skinny roll, which made it easier to get up the stairs. Once unrolled, it filled with air, and expanded to full size. It was very comfortable, particularly if you like your mattress a bit on the firmer side. I loved it, and was grateful it came packaged the way it was. Also, the mattress was very stable, and allowed each person to move in the bed without shaking the whole thing or wake your sleeping partners.

    Very nice and comfortable mattress
    Slumber 1 by ZINUS 12 inch Euro Top Supportive Medium Firm Hybrid Mattress. I love this mattress! I want sure about getting a mattress online. I read that they come rolled and vacuumed which made me a little apprehensive at first. This bed is one of the most comfortable I have slept on! I have back problems and this bed felt great. It has good side support when sitting on the edge. I have only been sleeping on this mattress for almost a month now but so far there are no indentions from my sleeping in the same spot. When the box arrived I'll be honest, it was a little heavy and awkward to move. (Whatever you do, don't open it until you put it on the bed) once I got it in place and out of the box, I opened the plastic and it immediately started to expand. This can be done alone but it is much easier with help. I let it expand the full time but really after just a few hours it was fully expanded to 12". I've seen reviews for other mattress ordered online, of a bad smell that had to be aired out. This mattress did not have any bad smells and seemed fine! Just a side note I'd like to mention that this company included cards telling about their products and company and they also threw in a few free greeting cards. Yes, a small thing to do but it gave me a very favorable view of the company so that the next time I need a mattress, I'll be looking at Zinus first!

    Wow!
    When I saw this mattress online, I honestly was not sure about it. I figured that a mattress this affordable that comes wrapped in a compressed roll would not be comfortable. Well, I am pleasantly surprised. This mattress has exceeded all expectations. It arrived quickly via Fed Ex. Getting it into the house is best done as a two person job as the mattress is heavy and the box is awkward. Within the box, it came tightly rolled up and wrapped in multiple layers of plastic. The instructions on how to open it and prepare it for use were very easy to understand and kind of humorous. Whoever wrote the instructions has a great sense of humor, in a good way. We let the mattress expand and breathe for two days prior to using it. The mattress is much taller than my old mattress. I have been sleeping on this for about 3 weeks now. I have never slept better than I do now. I am completely amazed at just how comfortable this mattress is. It is firm, yet forgiving on pressure points. We have experienced no awful smells from it. We are simply more comfortable and can sleep better, thanks to this mattress. I highly recommend this and would not hesitate to buy this brand and model to replace other mattresses in our house. Many thanks for making an excellent product for such an affordable price.

    Extremely comfortable!!
    I received this product in exchange for my honest review from the Spark Reviewer Program. When it came I was first a little skeptical about how comfortable this mattress was going to be. I like a firm bed not too plush and the memory foam was my concern. However, after sleeping on this bed I have to admit my back doesn't hurt like it did with my other memory foam bed. The firmness definitely helped out! I love it! I wake up not feeling great as opposed to feeling like I've been hit in the back. My biggest problem with it now is keeping my teenage daughter's out of it haha! In all seriousness though I will be purchasing two whenever we get moved into our new home to upgrade their mattresses the price and quality definitely helps this mom on a budget!

    Deep, Restful Sleep On This Baby!!
    We received this Full size Slumber 1 by Zinus 12" Euro Top Supportive Firm Hybrid Mattress for our 15 year old daughter and since the very first night she slept on it she is sleeping deeper and feeling well rested when she wakes. This mattress is a huge upgrade from her twin spring mattress. We love that it is a hybrid with some springs on the bottom and memory foam plus the Euro topper on the top, making a very strong, sturdy, firm, yet comfortable mattress. When she first laid on it she thought it was too firm...but slept like a baby that night and loves it now. This is our second Zinus mattress—our 13 year old son has a twin one that he loves. We love the packaging technology with these mattresses, it's amazing that they can ship them the way they do. You definitely need to be cautious when opening the mattresses because they are packed with so much tension that you could potentially hurt yourself when unboxing and unwrapping them. The convenience of having these mattresses shipped to your front door is awesome and the quality is really unheard of for the price range. We also love the fun way the company writes the included instructions and the overall vibe of the Zinus company— a company with a great personality and they really seem to care about the quality of the products they are putting out! We love our Zinus mattresses!

    Firm but comfortable!
    This is our 2nd mattress from Zinus and we are still super happy with the quality. This firm mattress with the euro top is very comfortable. I'm still surprised that a mattress that comes shipped in a cylinder shape and has to be "inflated" (the plastic opened so that air can help expand the mattress) can still be so comfortable. This mattress is definitely a good quality mattress for a kids room, a dorm room, a spare bedroom, a trundle bed or even an rv mattress. I prefer a slightly more plush mattress for every day use (it is probably because of my age) but this is definitely a great option for many possibilities. We are using this in our vacation home as a main mattress. My husband is a great fan of this though, he prefers a more firm mattress. Awesome mattress for the price!
