I actually did it!!
I've always been afraid to make this type of food for the fear of it being over cooked and dry. But I finally did it!!! All I did was put salt, pepper and garlic powder and baked it for 30 mins then let it sit for another 30 mins in the oven. Once I took it out of the oven I let it cool off for 10 mins before cutting into it. Talk about simple and tasty meal for the whole family. I love how this loin I got was mainly meat and not much fat on it so I did not have to trim any off. This is a total must get if you are wanting lean and not fatty loins.     Great cut of meat
    I've had a hit or miss experiences with various pork loins in the passed, a well made pork loin can be delicious, but there is nothing worse than being stuck with a couple of pounds of dry pork.     Easy to make
    I love that this is all natural and easy to make. The directions for cooking were easy to follow and you can season it any way that you like. The only thing I disliked is how tough it seemed to be. I cooked it according the the directions, and it wasn't tender enough for my 2 year old to eat. Other than that, I think it's great.
