The directions were missing information for putting together the enclosure, screws, ladder. The instructions were generalized for all of the trampoline sizes this brand was selling. The enclosure was a nightmare to put on over the foam tubing. I would not recommend this brand to anyone and I wish I did better research because all of the neighbors that have trampolines have a different enclosure style... which I didn't know until I was standing on my stupid trampoline, struggling to get the enclosure sleeves down the poles with foam padding around it. We were so done with the trampoline after getting it put together that we didn't even want to jump on it.megan
