Amazing design and sound
I've had the privilege to test the Arc and directly noticed a better sound quality than my PlayBase. I'm in love with the design. Sound fills the room perfectly, love the speakers on both sides and with Dolby Atmos it just sounds cinema-like.

Hugely underwhelming
Bought myself a new 65 inch top of the range Sony TV and Sonos Arc and am incredibly disappointed with the Arc. The sound is underwhelming whether dialogue on normal TV or sound effects on movies. You have to ramp the volume up to an uncomfortable level to get any sense of a theatre experience. Have tried all troubleshooting recommendations and these do not make any difference. Have also noted lots of other buyers being similarly disappointed. Real let down especially as I have been very happy with Sonos products in the past which was the reason for choosing the Arc as my soundbar.

    Sonos Arc Soundbar is great, Sonos APP is lacking
    Sonos Arc Soundbar, arrived quickly in great condition and sounds great. Included instructions are minimal and Sonos APP needs improvement in set-up details. Shipper required delivery signature.

    Big upgrade for an old TV
    I just love my Sonos Arc Soundbar. I shopped around for months and I think I found the best TV soundbar. Sports, movies, music, and PS4 gaming all sounds amazing on it. It brings my games to life and all the voices are articulated and audible now. I was upgrading from just TV sound, so the upgrade was huge. Just a little work getting the cables setup, but the iphone setup for spatial audio was a breeze. I might look into a Sonos sub-woofer or Era 300 for surround sound in the future. Upgrading my older TV to eArc am I am sure will make a big difference too. I am using basic optical audio, but sounds good with 5.1 dolby sound just no Dobly Atmos. The base on the soundbar is pretty amazing with a bar alone. Listen to the soundbar at your local electronics store, and you can hear the difference. Thank you

    Excellent sound and easy setup
    This was my first experience with a sound bar. It was extremely easy to setup and sound quality is excellent. I went with Sonos for future expandability options for surround sound and whole house audio. I have no doubt adding speakers as needed will be straightforward.

    I have recommended the Sonos to family and friends.
    I have my Sonos in my great room. The sound is phenomenal. I feel like I'm in a theater or concert hall. I have owned Bose, Altec Lansing and the Sonos out-beats them all.

    Best sound bar EVER!!!
    This sound bar blows away every aspect of listening to music, TV or movies. Simply amazing. I've had hi-fidelity high end systems previously, but this sound bar beats them all. This is the best foundation for your surround sound system. Complimenting it with the Sonos Subwoofer and 'Ones' as rears speakers makes it the absolute surround sound system I've ever owned.

    Would definitely buy this product again
    Having been a long time devotee of Sonos, it was a no-brainer to purchase the Sonos Arc when I upgraded my TV to a 65" Oled. The sound the Arc project is so immersive and natural and makes watching and listening so much more rewarding. Five stars

    Hi there, Before buying the Sonos Arc audio system and subwoofer I did a deep research with different brands and websites to find what I was really looking for, it took me about 6 months I'm not kidding but I finally found this sound system and I'm very happy once I installed it I was amazed at the sound, it is as if I were in the cinema but at home, this sound meets all my expectations from how to control the sound types to the true play that configures the sound of the place where the audio is connected.Thanks to Sonos for making the 8th wonder of the world.

    Planning to buy a second arc when they are back in stock.
    Easy to install. The android app works great. The sound is awesome. Recommend the subwoofer. I use it for the TV, Amazon music, and Sirius radio. It paired up with my LG 65 inch C1 oled with no issues. The packaging kept the arc and sub in perfect shape despite the usual shipping abuse. The TV speaker was horrible with speech. I always had trouble understanding what people were saying. With the arc the speech is crystal clear.

    We'll worth the cost
    This was insanely easy to set up. All I had to do was connect to the "Arc" HDMI port, and everything else took care of itself. Set up my account on the app, and sat around the rest of the night, just enjoying how clear and powerful the soundbar is. We got the white Arc, which blends in nicely with our built in around our tv/fireplace. I would recommend this, as it's a classier looking soundbar, with superior sound (compared to others that I have heard)!
