Glad I bought it, sound is fantastic
It took me a while to buy the Arc because for the money I was going to spend I wanted to do research and make sure I got the best "bang" for my bucks. Have it and am using it for 3 weeks now. LOVE IT. Easy to setup, no hassle there. Comes with the needed HDMI wire and everything else is easy to follow via the app. Sound is so good.

Sound goes up and down on its own!!! Fix this or replace it!
We had a AV firm put a SONOS system in our home and waited for the new ARC sound bar. Wish we hadn't and took the older BEAM sound bar. EXTREMELY disappointed. The ARC sound goes up and down sharply, even comes off mute on its own! It started infrequently and is now occurring every few minutes!!! SONOS needs to fix this ASAP or replace all these ARCs. The technician says we are not alone, this is a major SONOS problem! Don't buy until they fix the problem! We may have to buy a non-SONOS brand since the prior BEAM sound bar is no longer manufactured. Or just return the entire SONOS system.

    Very impressed after the first two weeks. Paired seamlessly with my six year old play:1's to create a surround sound experience. Audio control by saying “hey Sonos” works great.

    love it
    I have had my arc for about 2 years and i am absolutely in love with sonos for bringing out such an amazing speaker. This speaker is easy to set up and has clear crisp highs and heart pounding lows. Paired with doby atmos you can easily get lost in a movie or music.

    Amazing soundbar, far beyond all others!
    I have other Sonos speakers for rooms and outdoors but finally decided to upgrade my surround sound to take advantage of Dolby arc. The Sonos arc is AMAZING for my 12x12 room paired with One SL speakers. Now to pair with sub and I'm all-in. Replaces my Yamaha system with speakers in ceiling and sub, a true step up!

    Best soundbar I've ever owned!
    I have had several soundbars over the past 20 years or so and this is the best one by far. Simpler to set up than the competition, easily interfaces with television through HDMI (ArC), and looks clean! A little larger than the competition, but the sound is also fuller.
