    The middle part of the side of the controller
    The only problem with the controller is that the part that separates the front of the controller and the back of it are passing each other and when I touch it it hurts a bit. Other than that it's very good.

    Not happy.
    2 days after I received the DualShock Controller, it was already messing up, it shuts off randomly, and the analog sticks will move around on its own when I'm in a game, almost like I'm lagging in the game. It's a faulty controller. I'm better off using the “Drifty” Controller I had before, was the reason I bought this new controller.

    Not the original controller
    I bought two, first thing that came out of the box was a microUSB charging cable. Sony explicitly says that charging cables cables are not included. It's even ON THE BOX of the items. The controllers look good but some buttons have weird presses. The PS button is not aligned.

    Garbage
    Controller did not work as expected. Sound from the headphones plugged into the controller was garbage. Sounded like everything was underwater. Buttons were harder to press than all my other controllers. Worst purchase ever. It is now an expensive paperweight, thats all its good for.

    This is a knock-off, not a real Sony controller
    This is definitely not a Sony controller. Comparing it to the others we have, this controller is lighter, the plastic is thinner, and the thumbs sticks have a totally different action and are much less precise. Very disappointed! But worst of all, the packaging looks real, so you don't know it is a fake until you open it and try it out, which of course means you cannot return it. Steer clear of this product!

    Really solid works well like always . Tip: if you ever get stick drift on your co troller get a toothpick and put it in the hole just under the screw below the l2 button

    Not an original Ps4 controller -- newer & cheaper
    Not the same controller that comes with the device.. it's a different version and way too sensitive.. takes a lot to get used to and near impossible to aim at a specific target... sad I thought this would've fixed my problem, but it's a whole new one...

    such a disappointment
    I was so excited for this to come so my kids could stop fighting over the one controller we currently had. yet once I got this in the mail it says used?! why did I pay full price for a used controller
