    I purchased a stolen console.
    I purchased this bundle after not being able to purchase retail price for a year. This bundle did not come with a controller case. The only additional item that wasn't standard was a 10ft cord to charge the one controller that it came with. Even with this deceit I wanted to enjoy the system and set up it up after purchasing a game. To my dismay I was hit with a message saying “This PS5's services access is permanently or temporarily suspended. WS-116332-6” as I was attempting to log in. After a plethora of emails and calls to the supplier, Walmart customer service, and Sony I was able to discover that the console's serial number was reported as stolen and nothing could be done. Returning was the only option. It was a gut punch to commit to the price of the “bundle” but to not be able to actually log in and connect to the PS Network was disheartening. This purchase was a waste of time, effort, resolve, and money.

    Only thing I disliked is the price of course lol, being that it only includes one controller but other than that everything else is great!

    Item came just as promised in description. I was nervous, because some reviews weren't that great. PS5 came in discreet box and even 2 days earlier than scheduled! Got it for my bf's bday and he's been using it with no issues.

    I love this product
    I really love this product, not to happy about the price but overall this product came in good conditions, the box was rough on the edges but that was expected for being a open box product, running good nothing seems bad so far. I would recommend this to others. Thank you to this awesome seller !!!!
