I was worried that this might be a renewed product as the description does not say this is brand new. Glad I just thought too much. However, like other reviews said, this is the Chinese version. This isn't a problem for me because I happen to be a native Chinese speaker, and I don't use speech assistant. If you don't read Chinese but neither use speech assistant nor mind about the Chinese packaging %26 instruction brochures, this can still be a choice, since you can always use the companion software to set the notification language to yours.

Chinese version
This is the china version of the wh1000mx3s. This means that the packaging, the app settings, and the voice in the headphones are all in Chinese. It also limits you to using the tencent voice assistant so you can not use Alexa or google assistant. These are great headphones but do not buy them from here if you do not want the Chinese version.

    Selling products Made for China in U.S.
    Headphones are bar coded to be sold in China not the U.S. which brings the question are the Headphones real. Compared them to other M3 and noticed different build quality. Returned them immediately.
