I'm so happy this product exists
I was recently required to go on a liquid diet by my doctor for two months, and I wasn't sure where to turn. I'm so glad Soylent offers a full meal replacement option! Many similar drinks just offer a protein boost, but Soylent goes above and beyond. I've recommended this to several friends and family members as the taste is great - even if you're not limited to a liquid only diet.

I replaced my breakfast with these on busy mornings. It's my fault for not reading the label, but I tried many different meal replacements before I could find one that tasted good enough to not gag on. the good taste maybe should have been a red flag but these are way higher in fat content than any other meal replacement I've had before and after replacing my very low calorie/fat usual breakfast (something like eggs and toast) with this I ended up packing on weight pretty fast. may be good for some people if you need to gain weight from not having time to eat and skipping meals, but if you want to maintain/lose weight, this isn't the way to go.

    honestly a lifesaver
    Sometimes I forget to eat and am in a rush, sometimes my stomach hurts and I don't want to eat food but need cals. Sometimes I want to avoid eating because I know I'm going out for a fancy dinner later. There are a bunch of scenarios where Soylent has been the obvious answer. and it actually tastes really good...a magical potion. thanks

    Soylent is a lifestyle. Soylent is not a weight loss product, but will help you lose weight. Personally, I've lost over a 100 pounds over a 18 month period by simply drinking 1 Soylent for breakfast, lunch and midday snack then having a regular meal for dinner. At 320 calories per bottle you get plenty of calories to keep you full, best of all you don't get the bloat or food hangover lethargic feeling after a meal. Plus Soylent is packed with all the essential vitamins and minerals you need to keep your body healthy. You simply can't get the same nutritional value at the same price point with any other meal replacement or whole food product. If you have been thinking about trying Soylent, do it, you'll love it!

    I'm a customer for life! Quite simply the best protein shake
    I have a medical condition that requires me to take in 8,000 calories a day. I have tried every protein powder on the market, every meal in a bottle. I don't personally like the flavor of chocolate usually. These have become my standard. Quite simply the best tasting protein shake I've ever had, taste exactly like chocolate milk made with real milk. No chalkiness at all! No vitamin pill aftertaste! And I feel better than I have in years. I have recommended this to everybody I know

    Extremely tasty
    I like quick, cheap, extremely healthy meals. This makes Soylent a great choice. You do have to buy into the theory that taking all of your nutrients as lumped amounts is the same as if you got them in "normal" food, but I do believe that. This particular Soylent product adds chocolate without adding any sugar, which makes it very tasty on top of everything else. My one desire for Soylent would but that it report all of the micronutrients contained as actual quantities instead of percentages of the Dietary Reference Intake, because the DRI numbers change and are also a function of age.
