Very disappointed!!
The mattress did not inflate properly one side is a couple inches smaller than the other also its not close to the 10 inch description size! Its very hard and not soft! I am very disappointed with my purchase!

    Be aware. The size is not appropriate. The full size mattress wider than the actual full size.

    Worth Every Penny and More
    I can't believe how inexpensive this mattress is, I would buy it 100 times over. My husband and I have had this mattress for 5 years, and we just bought another one for our daughter. I have 4 herniated discs and this mattress still relieves my pain just as effectively as day 1. I realized when my daughter got her mattress that ours has softened quite a bit where we sleep but it still gives me the support I need. I might even like it better softer. When we stay at hotels (even with plush comfy beds) I find myself missing this mattress and can't wait to get home!

    A great mattress with the just right firmness
    Although it took about 2 days to expand to 80% and another two weeks to fully expand the foam mattress, it turned out to be a great mattress that doesn't smell and has the just right firmness for us. It's on the firmer side compared to the average mattresses I bought from Costco in the past years.

    Please help
    Will not fully decompress. This mattress is useless if it don't fully expand. And how am I gonna put it back in the box I don't have the machines the company used to get it in the box. And there's nobody to call. This is crap. And it's been out of the box for about 80 hours now. And look at the pics it's supposed to be 12 inches

    DONT DO IT -Queen Size
    DONT DO IT - Queen Size. Normally when you open a foam mattress it expands to near its capacity not this one. I read reviews and didn't listen I purchased it anyway and it didn't expand right away, I have the middle hump everyone talks about in their review and the corners are compressed like cement. I now have to load this in my suv the get it back to Walmart. I called Zinus for assistance and they directed me back to Walmart not a good purchase at all. If a miracle happens and it expands before I can get to Walmart I will update my review.

    This is a amazing bed I thought it was going to be too soft but it was perfect when I get up the bed goes back to its normal shape. I would buy again.

    Sorely Impressed
    We have been waiting for this mattress to “inflate” for a week and the half that has is nowhere near 12 inches. As soon as it arrived we rolled it out and left it undisturbed: 7 days later minimal change. We called for a return pickup since i drive a sedan and can't take it back myself. Very put out as it seemed to be the mattress we needed :-(
