Absolutely great!
Ordered this in March 12 and was told that it will be at my house on the 16th. However, I get a knock on my door and the goal was here on the same day (March 12). Set it up and here it is!! I really enjoy it! The process took all day because I was by myself but the process was worth it! For its price and the satisfaction of putting it together, it was worth it!

If you would like to actually be able to use your basketball hoop DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE go to the store maybe you will have better luck than we did.. Pieces missing and broken..

    I want a refund
    Trash. Both were in all kind of bags not in the same group for each section very confusing. Communication with Spalding was trash. This isn't mom friendly to put together OK they could have done better I'm never ordering anything else from Spalding I don't buy your basketballs and I never will.

    Bad quality rim
    In less than 3 months, the rim started to break. I forgot to submit the complain before the 90 days of warranty. I bought it on March 30th.

    Difficult and crooked assembly
    The assembly instructions were quite difficult, and the main pole unit's drilled holes are not centered - so the entire hoop is off-kilter. Quite ridiculous looking, really. Other than that, it seems like it should do the trick once we get replacement parts from Spalding.

    This is a GREAT purchase!
    Assembling was a slight challenge and it's a little wobbly, but all in all, this is a GREAT purchase. My son loves it. He is able to raise/lower to his desired height without assistance. The overall quality of the hoop is excellent. Highly recommend!

    Nice hoop
    The packaging definitely needs an upgrade. The first one shipped to us had huge holes on the box. We had them replace it and it was a huge improvement(see attached for both boxes). Also, the instructions could be better organized. Other than those things, the hoop is a huge hit with the kids. They love it and that makes it worth the headache of assembling. This system is a great value for the price ($200). We are pleased with this purchase.

    I haven't opened it yet but I was scared of the backboard being broken and have missing pieces so hopefully when my boyfriend and I set it up, it's not broken and won't have any missing pieces. I was also worried about my package being lost because 19 minutes after checking my status update. It said my package was being delayed. Luckily it delivered on time.

    Christmas gift/ disappointed
    Received this package today. As you can see in the pictures evidently the box was dropped and smashed, which is evidently what caused it to bust open. This is a Christmas gift
