Easy to swallow
These little soft gels are pretty easy to swallow. They come in a well sealed bottle and it's enough for 120 days. The bottle itself was easy to open and has a wide mouth top for easy dispense. The ingredients are simple and I'm able to read and understand all included on that list. The issues I have with the product is how small the print is on the bottle. It also didn't state what the benefits of taking the supplement is. So I feel a bit mixed on my thoughts about the product. Knowing the benefits would make this so much more marketable in my opinion.

    Preferred brand of Biotin
    I have been taking 2500mg of Biotin w/Coconut Oil by Sports Research for the past month now to help with my hair, skin & nail deficiencies and I am very pleased with the overall results. My nails have been noticeable growing and feel much softer and more hydrated vs the easily cracked or splitting nails I used to have. The supplement has been great for my hair and skin as well, I like how my hair has been growing more and my skin feels much better overall. I have taken other brands of Biotin in the past and even tried the gummies, but the Sports Research brand is by far the better choice. I will absolutely be continuing to use daily as part of my supplement routine and would definitely recommend to others.

    I have been taking this for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say that I am pleased. I love how small and easy to swallow this is. And, the taste is pleasant as well. I can definitely tell a difference in my hair and nails too! Definitely a keeper product!

    Noticible results within 3 weeks of usage
    Since my nails are typically paper thin, they have never been able to grow past the skin without peeling or tearing off. In general, my hair splits badly and doesn't grow quickly (I don't put heat on it either). Other than taking this daily along with my Sports Research multivitamin (D3 & Krill Oil), I haven't changed anything in terms of my hair and nail routine. However, because my nails have gotten so long, I now have to clip. Still on my first bottle, and already seeing effective results.

    Love this stuff
    This was my first time taking Biotin. I had to see what benefits it had prior to taking it. I'm all about healthy hair and skin. The one thing that stood out is that it's Gluten free, huge plus in my book. Non GMo too. I can say after taking this for several several days, I've noticed a huge improvement in my nails. As for my skin, I'm not too sure on that just yet. I do know it's also helps with your eyes, liver and nervous system too. So many of these things are really important to me, so much added benefit from taking them.

    I have never taken biotin before. I was using other products to help with the thinning of my hair that never seem to help and putting coconut oil directly on my skin and I was not seeing a difference. Since I've been taking the biotin I have noticed a change with my hair and skin. I'm not to great on taking pills but the soft gel is very easy to swallow.

    I decided to buy some Biotin. So I went with Sports Research. My nails, hair & skin are looking better. I feel better also. I would recommend trying biotin to anyone who feels like vitamins can help them.

    Works great.
    If you are looking for a great supplement that works then sports research biotin is definitely the way to go. I have been taking these for a few weeks now. They have made my skin and hair look so much healthier. These supplement are not hard to sallow. And they don't taste bad at all. You also get a good amount in the bottle before you need to buy more. I am definitely a fan of sports biotin. I will be keeping this in my everyday supplement routine.

    Good Biotin Vitamins
    I have been taking Sports Research Biotin supplements and I am very happy with them. These veggie soft gels are easy to swallow and are filled with coconut oil which I love because it helps the biotin to absorb better. I have noticed that my hair is growing because I had a small patch of missing hair and after quite some time the hair is beginning to grow back. Totally amazing! Because of this, I definitely recommend these supplements and will continue to use them.

    I've been taking this product for a few weeks now, and it really seems to be working on my nails. They definitely gotten stronger since taking these. I haven't noticed much of a difference in my hair growth, but time will tell. The pill is small and slick, so it's very easy to swallow.
