BAD OVERDOSE
Dont get this extra strength one unless your tolerance is high. I overdosed on melatonin, and it messed up my entire sleeping patterns. I was unable to fall asleep for three days because of the 10mg. It was way too much that my body was not used to. If you are new to melatonin, I recommend getting the 3mg.

    These are the best out there (with the Lemom Balm)
    These are the best working Melatonin pills I've ever used, and I have tried MANY different kinds in my life. I think the key is the 1,000mcg of Lemon Balm that works in combination with the 10mg of Melatonin. No other brand or variation compared, in my opinion.

    It works!
    This product is quite helpful in getting my special needs teen to sleep each night. Just remember: less is more with melatonin. For years only eight milligrams worked, and then nine milligrams. Ten milligrams would keep him awake! Titrate dose individually.

    These Melatonin tablets seem to work just as well as others I have been buying but at a much lower price. I only started with Spring Valley because of my new Medicare Advantage Plan.

    Helps Cure Nighttime "Brain spin."
    This product definitely helps with relieving nighttime brain spin as well as, for me anyhow, getting through a Cronic pain condition. A little extra melatonin taken about an hour before bedtime gets the job done.

    Need to fall asleep, try this.
    Easy way non addictive way to fall asleep easily. I started struggling to sleep later in life and started this medication. I take it about a 1/2 hour before bed and fell asleep easily and had no groggy foggy after effects.

    I wish I started taking melatonin sooner. I get such great sleep with it and these are just the right dosage for me. I used to take gummies but those are too much sugar right before bed and you gotta remember to take those before brushing your teeth. These pills are much better and more effective than gummies.
