Excellent product for good sleep.
The body produces less melatonin as a person ages, making it difficult to get to sleep. This is the best melatonin supplement I've found. The magic number for me is 4 tablets. I started with one, and added one each night. I'm 80, and as I said, it does a great job for me using a 4 tablet dose.

    Works for me if I don't take it everyday
    Works for me. Takes about an hour to work. After taking and start to feel sleepy I go straight to bed. If I wait too long like finishing a tv program it takes much longer to fall asleep.

    Peaceful sleep!
    I use these every night and never have trouble sleeping anymore. Usually it takes me forever to fall asleep and I'll wake up several times but if I take a few of these I fall asleep when I need to and sleep through the night.

    Good night's rest.
    A great solution for those of us that have difficulty falling asleep due to chronic pain, or insomnia. I take a couple of these about an hour before bedtime and I find it helps greatly in falling to sleep faster. Awaken refreshed, without that sleep-aid lag in the morning.

    Great for Getting On a Schedule
    Grandkids doctor suggested these to help put grandchild on a good sleep schedule, they work really good. I actually took a few times for same reason and felt rested next morning with no drowsiness at all. I have even recommended to other grandparents with the kids who are getting so worked up on their visits that they get sleep patterns messed up. Happy it is a natural and not harsh.

    Truly works!
    I have used this melatonin for a few years now. Being responsible for my 3 year old granddaughter has me exhausted but when I lay down to sleep, my mind has a hard time unwinding. This over the counter medication really works. I highly recommend this!
