Works great for me!
This is the only melatonin product that works for me. I used to take just melatonin and it worked for a couple of years. After it stopped working I tried this product that has more than melatonin in it and the combined ingredients work great for me!

Caused Vivid Bad Dreams
I didn't read reviews prior to buying. Regular Melatonin helps me to sleep. I bought this thinking it could only help me more, due to additional sleep inducing ingredients. I slept for several hours but had very vivid bad dreams that kept me from going back to sleep. I returned it and will keep taking Melatonin from here on out.

    melatonin helps you fall asleep, Valerian helps you stay asleep. Be sure to take about an hour before bedtime. When you start yawning that's the time to head to bed because the product is working!

    I take one of these with a separate melatonin sublingual. I like the herbs in this formula. Thank goodness NO hops or St. John's Wort !

    Does it really provide good sleep?
    many items such as this provide varied results with different individuals. I believe that it performs well for me, but you really would have to try it out.

    works about 80% of the time for me
    I find that this combination of melatonin, l-theanine and the others gives me a better shot at sleeping than plain melatonin - and I usually twist open the capsule and take half the contents (on a spoon washed down with water) which is a good dose for me.

    I use this product every night to help with sleep. The product works well for me. They only had 1 bottle last time I was in my local Walmart. However, I ordered 5 two-packs (10 bottles) and another item. I got them all on the same day - IN TEN(10) BOXES BY FEDEX. What a waste of packaging. Each was in a box about 6x6x12. The waybill said 4 of the boxes were over 40 pounds. The other 6 were less than a pound - each one was less than a pound and could easily been in one shipping box.
