It's a good supplement vitamin to take
I would recommend this to my friends and family if you have trouble taking vitamins. Soft gels are easy to swallow.

Horrible delivery service, could have dialed apt
Delivery person left vitamins on heating unit downstairs instead of calling me or delivering to my door as your ad states. Vitamins are not to come into contact with heat, now I have to come out to return these items. Not a good delivery drop off.

    Don't order vitamins, especially gel caps by mail.
    Unfortunately, these were melted together and unusable. I live in Arizona and the mailboxes get very hot. I shouldn't have bought them through the mail. They credited me and told me to discard them. I was impressed by that.

    Health care provider recommended I take some different vitamins such as vitamin D. So I did. Good price. Hopefully provides some health benefits as well. Not sure if it's a 5-star vitamin but have to use the rating option.

    Easy to swallow and good price. I take the 1000 IU since I get Vitamin D3 with another supplement I take so this is just enough per my doc. I like getting the twin pack as my entire family takes Vit D during the winter months

    Super easy to sallow!
    The Spring Valley Vitamin D3 Softgels are very easy to swallow. They don't leave a bad taste in your mouth at all. They just slide right down.

    Great small size vitamin
    Great option to get essential vitamins in you. Best way to get vitamin D in you is by sitting in the sun 15 minutes a day though.
