This allows the blood to carry more oxygen. I have asthma and allergies, so being able to breathe better is a definite plus for me. Also, I had a cut that would not heal on my ankle once. It had been days and still was not getting better and was red. In desperation, I took vitamin e oil and dabbed a drop on it to keep the air away from the cut-- since it burned and was irritated. Over night, it was healing. I cannot claim this would always happen when used, but it did in this one instance. (I was short of breath when I was pregnant for one of my children, I had read about Vitamin E helping blood to carry more oxygen, after asking my Dr. if it would be ok to take... I started taking one a day and it really helped me. Every time this becomes an issue now, I remember and take this supplement for awhile.

    WOW!! Both bottles all pills stuck together! Maybe to hot for mail orders. I will try to salvage some of them if I can but they are soft gels so not sure if usable. Since they were only about $5 I won't fret much but a waste of my money!!

    We started ordering Spring Valley vitamins after reading in Consumer Reports that the Echinacea tested by them contained what they claimed to be and did not have the contaminants that CR tested for. Plus the price is great.

    (sorry, the entire name did not fit on that intro line - it follows:) Spring Valley Heart/Immune Health 400 I.U. Vitamin Supplement Twin Pack For the money, and for the quality, i have explored widely, and i have settled on Spring Valley. I have found these in LARGER twin packs (with bigger bottles, containing more gel caps) and when i find those, i will buy them. But i am certainly sticking with Spring Valley for these.
