Christmas gift for my 2yr old daughter
My daughter loves it! I wish I got my 4yr old son this tablet, instead of regular 7" android tablet, but its alright. I love how easily used it is. And good learning and playing games on it. Definitely will recommend it.

Broke in less than a week
I ordered this product without reading the reviews, huge mistake on my part. After I looked into them I realized many customers complained theirs broke easy. Knowing this I promised myself to be extra careful. My son is 4 and less than a week after the purchase the tablet fell less than 12 inches from the ground and shattered! My other so has a different brand and that ones fallen off my bed onto wood floors and it not break! Product is very easily broken and not worth the $!

    Disappointed with the shipping quality of product.
    Im a little dissatisfied and disappointed because I paid for a product that did not come with a charger. I understand its a refurbished product but it came in a bag with no charger and thats it not even bubble wrapped and this is suppose to be a Christmas present for my child, I just hope that it functions, now to go to Walmart and find a charger thats compatible.

    Got this for my Great Granddaughter. She loves it and I don't have to worry about her accidentally going to a place that she shouldn't. Her parents can also use it as a pad when they want to go on-line.

    Won't charge
    In less then a month it stopped charging I never let it die completely and I was only one charging it. Wouldn't let my 6 year old do it themselves. I am returning the item and getting something different..

    Not What I expected
    I was so excited to get this for my daughter. It had a lot of stuff on it that she could entertain herself even while offline. The tablet itself has a lot of feautures but the durability of it is very poor. The battery life is not even an hour. I can put it away with almost full battery and it will shut off and won't turn on until you fully charge it again. That gets frustrating when you have a child waiting to play on it. Also, the charging outlet is very loose. The cable can't stay plugged because it comes out. If those two weren't a problem, it would be a perfect tablet. Spend the extra money and get something more durable.

    dont buy refurbished
    Thought buying a refurbished would mean that it was fixed and shouldn't have any problems. Second day after receiving it some little lights came on inside, thought ok doesn't seem to affect it too much. Third day it decided to do its own thing. I mean as in wouldn't do what we asked went to other things and then would reload, constantly. My granddaughter was so upset. The first one we had had no problems until it got stepped on and the screen broken but it was new not refurbished. Took it back and got a refund. Will look for something else.

    Refurbished is not the way to go
    We have these tablets for our two daughters and bought a refurbished one to replace one with a cracked screen. The refurb never fully charged when it arrived and stopped working after the battery died. I returned it and will be purchasing a brand new one.

    Since I picked it up from the store, I try charging it and it won't charge. I really think the refurb items are not recommendable. I haves paid for two years for insurance. I would like my money back or exchange it for a new one. Thank you

    Not sturdy enough for a 2 yr old
    The idea is great. My 2 yr old loves it and has learned a lot from it. The problem is is that the green bumper case is easy to remove and the plastic casing is very fragile. I am on my 3rd and final tablet. And it is broken too.
