    It is just a safe. It has no fire rating and doesn't claim to have in the description. This would make the side walls thinner but are still very secure. For a safe it is built well. I'm giving it 3 stars because the turn latch is kind of rough to turn and is sometimes hard to get locked back. Unlocking seems to be smoother than locking. Great size for a hand gun or 2. I bought it to lock narcotic in.
