Very comfortable and easy to assemble
We love this chair, so much so, that we bought a second one. The assembly instructions are super easy (probably the best instructions I've ever encountered). The chair is very comfortable for everyday use and I work from home so this chair is heavily used.

A definite maybe
The packaging was the best I've ever seen....very sturdy outer box and plenty of styrofoam, etc. inside. Assembly was straight-forward. Some people may struggle with the insertion of the wheels. It takes a tremendous amount of effort. I tried this chair out in an office store. Unfortunately, you only sit in the chair for a relatively-brief time at the store. I have a severe, chronic lower back issue, and I found the lower support to be problematic when I sit for more than a short while. I've had to had an additional back cushion, and the combo seems to be working.

    i like the chair but the instructions need more detail. I was lucky enough to find Youtube videos that showed the assembly step by step.

    Incredible chair!!!
    This is such a great chair! This comes from Staples and is the same one they have on their site for over $200. You can tell this is a good one from the moment you open it. Even the packaging is well designed. Instructions are clear and parts are well organized. It's a sturdy, comfortable chair with several adjustments. I like the headrest the most! Can't believe the chair I was using before this!

    Great ergo chair for reasonable price
    Its a great ergo chair for me - definitely google the differences between the hyken and dexley since dexley doesn't have function to lock the back at an angle, wider, etc. before purchasing.
