    good versatile product for a great price
    so far seems to work pretty well, i love the detachable handheld steamer feature, and it has a fairly long cord too! i didnt see a huge difference in my carpet but it is in pretty narly shape, but i think it caused everything to smell fresher and cleaner. like i said our carpets and furniture are in pretty rough shape so it did not get all the stains up but it did get some and for us that was a big improvment. i would reccomend this steam mop to other people.

    Very happy with this steamer!
    Love the attachments that come with it, has a long cord, it's light weight, easy to use and heats up fast! The only critique I have at this time is that I wish it came with a storage bag/box for the attachements so they aren't sitting loose.

    A product that matches it's claims!
    I absolutely love this steam cleaners mop. First of all,it heats up super quick. I brought it because I hate using a mop and a bucket to clean the kicthen floors. With this steamer,I can clean the floor quickly and easily. The floor drys quickly because you don't need excess water to clean the floor,unlike a regular mop. The other feature that I love is the detachable handheld unit. I can reach and clean so many different surfaces. Overall,it's money well spent!

    Great Little Steam Mop
    It's powerful for being so light. Heats up almost instantly. The pad stayed on over the travertine. I was expecting it to roll, so that was a nice surprise. I don't feel it deserves 5 stars, because the fact that it does not get into corners well. For now, I don't mind running around the corners with a wet rag. My thoughts might be a bit different once the entire 2,000SF of travertine and wood flooring go in. I don't like the idea of going over hair and debris. So, I did swifter the floors first and then used this to deep clean. Since we don't have a lot of traffic, I might use this every other week. It just made me feel good about being able to steam out the ground in dirt. We're under construction so I've only used the swifter dry/wet. Needless to say, I'm sure there was ground in dirt and now I feel good about the floors. I love the fact that you're using water and not chemicals. The attachments are rather small, but at least it provides options. So far so good, I'm happy.

    Flimsy and Inconvenient
    I had high hopes for this steam cleaner. However, after using it only once on a trial run, I had to return for a number of reasons. 1- It feels very flimsy. I appreciate that this steam cleaner is lightweight, but I have used other models that are lightweight without feeling cheap. This feels like it could break very easily. 2- The power cord storage is on the large stick, which means that if you want to take only the handheld portion for use, you have to unwind the cord from the stick before removing. This really takes away from the convenience of the feature. The bottom line is I purchased this steam cleaner and a similar cleaner of the same price to compare. The other model was sturdier and made it easier to transition between using a handheld steamer and a stick steamer.
