DO NOT BUY - Headphones died 8 months after purchase with minimal use. They won't charge anymore and not turn on. Please save yourself the money and buy something else.

    Awesome Headset
    occasionally diatorts the sound or i lobe connectivity at a distance. but up close and actual gaming is phenomenal. the app to adjust the audio is also extremely well done and effective

    Great Headset!!
    I bought these to test them before buying the Destiny 2 Lightfall Edition and they were phenomenal!! I purchased the D2 version immediately because of how much I liked them.

    Only lasted 3 months!
    My son loved his headset. Until it went completely dead 3 months later and will not come back on! This was supposed to be a great headset and we paid too much money for it to last for 3 months!! I'm ONLY giving it 3 stars because it was a great headset while it lasted! Very disappointed!

    These are my first nice headphones so I don't have a lot to compare to. that is why I gave them a three. They have nice sound, good comfort, ease of use, and seem to be a good price for the model.

    Great quality headset/Bad software
    SteelSeries Arctis 7 Wireless I've owned this product for roughly a month and it's been an adventure, to say the least. PROS: Sound is incredible. Extremely comfortable(The most comfortable I've ever worn). Good battery life. Great range. Good quality wireless headset. CONS: Slightly overpriced. The connectivity issues for PC gaming are absolutely mind-boggling. Works great for a day or two and then it's like trying to solve a puzzle. Each time is different. Sometimes you have to switch audio inputs via USB, restart, plug in/unplug wireless dongle, uninstall reinstall SteelSeries software or play around with audio devices on your PC. Sometimes the headset is recognized but you can't hear a thing even though your headset is recognized, connected and equalizer clearly shows active audio to the headset. BOTTOM LINE: Great quality headset full of unsurmountable disappointment for PC gaming. This headset would be absolutely incredible if connectivity wasn't an issue. It isn't very user friendly and can be extremely frustrating. When it works, the product is absolutely amazing. I wish I would've sprung for the newer HyperX Cloud Alpha. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go with HyperX.
