Works with everything. VERSATILE.
I use this headset with my Xbox Series X, Switch, PS4, PS5, PC, Nvidia Shield, and my Android phone. It is the most versatile plug and play wireless headset on the market. If you need a jack of all trades wireless headset with great comfort and sound, the 7x is the best option.

I need help missing accessories
I received the package without cover and it's missing USB adapter and one the cables. I need to refund my money because it seems the headphone is useless without the items that i mentioned above.

    Shipped in bubble wrap and a cardboard box. No original packaging. No manuals of any sort. Looks clean, but this is not good salesmanship. I cannot give this as a present at all. Will be returning and repurchasing from a reputable dealer.

    Great headphones that get it right where it counts
    Had about a week of usage so far. So far this headset is very good, and hits all the major requirements (audio quality, delay, battery life, comfort). Pros: - The wireless audio quality is great. At least as good as my previous V-Moda headphones. - Works great on PC. Haven't tested on my Xbox yet. - No perceivable wireless audio delay. - Excellent for the price (think I bought these at $135 or so). - Fabric ear cups are nice and breathable. Ears stay at a reasonable temperature with little to no sweating. - Battery life is good. No issues. I charge every few days. I've never run out of battery power. - Clamping force is just about perfect. - Microphone quality seems very good (not amazing, just very good). - Retractable mic means it's completely out of the way when you don't need it. - Almost-perfect comfort (minus an issue with my big head/thick skull?). Neutral: - Wireless audio is never as good as wired audio. - Almost no noise isolation. I can hear about everything while wearing these. - Need to hold down the power button for a few seconds to turn on. Not too annoying, but not the best controls for power. - Requires windows software for adjusting settings. Not great, not terrible. Just kinda eh. Cons: - Apparently I have a big head? I've never had an issue with headphone sizes before, but my head is right at the limit of this headphone's range. An extra 0.5 to 1 inch of headroom would have been nice. - No USB-C. Uses micro-USB. Has the usual micro-USB problem of "is the cable oriented correctly while plugging in". - While the wireless transmitter is decent and small enough (and I love that it's Xbox compatible), it's a really awkward shape and looks out of place no matter where you put it. Given its wide shape, plugging it directly into a USB port on my PC would block other inputs or buttons, so I have to use the extender. - Volume toggle is a bit too easy to turn. Sometimes the headphones are way too loud when I first put them on.

    Received a Used Headset instead of a new one.
    The headset I purchased didn't come in the original box. No instructions, nothing other than the headset in the bottom of the shipping box. I don't think this was a new headset. Maybe it was a returned unit that their trying to sell as new.

    Good Product, Questionable Delivery Status
    The headset itself is top notch and probably one of the better gaming-related headsets you can find at this time. It is compatible with all new consoles and PCs, and is extremely comfortable. So, no problems with the actual product. But I did want to note that my headset arrived in a box that was not sealed and seemed to have been opened before, and lacked an instruction manual. I am not sure if it was a floor copy, or a returned headset or what, but it did not appear to be an untouched box. If the product was refurbished or an open-box item, I would have expected that to be more clearly marked.

    Amazing headset!, Beyond happy with my purchase.
    Picked this up and was instantly blown away, the build quality, sound and comfortability are insane. Mic quality is also outstanding. Worth every penny, may buy the white one for my PS5 even though this works with Xbox one, series s/x, Ps5, nintendo switch and pc.. dont hesitate to pick one of these up over the official one. Its far superior.

    Mic quit working constantly after 5 months
    The headset only lasted 5 months and the microphone will just quit working in the middle of a game. You have to turn off the headset, unplug the doggle, replug the doggle, then reset the headset. If that doesn't work, keep doing it till it works again. DO NOT BUY
