A Dream Come True
I am so pleased with the Step2 Deluxe Canyon Road Play Train Table. I purchased this table for my two year old son's birthday. He is a rough, and tumble type with 2 older brothers, so I knew he would be ready for this. He has become very disenchanted with his tiny car ramps. Well we couldn't have been more happier with his reaction to the table! He started to play, and his brothers joined in and they all played for over an hour. I am glad I got this table with him being so young. I hope to get many years of use from it. My older boys are 11, and 9. They played Uno on top of the cover this morning. They sat on pillows. This is a much used addition to our playroom. I happen to have a kit to help install vinyl stickers. I used it, and took my time and the table looks like it came from the factory with the stickers on it. I do recommend getting a kit. I was able to move the stickers around a bit until I was satisfied with the placement. I went over them with a paper towel when I was done, and allowed it to dry overnight. The actual bridge construction only took 5 minutes, but I did hit the centers of the screws with a flat head screwdriver at the end to make sure they were flush, and in really well. I do recommend installing the decals on the lowest level before installing bridge pieces. I was a bit hard to install stickers to the pieces where the bridges linked the top and bottom layers together. I did indeed use a power drill on low to install the legs. I used it on low though. 3 out of 4 legs had no pilot holes, which the drill instantly solved. Overall, I would recommend this table to everyone, and their brother. An hour of free time for me having a 2 year old is a dream come true. I would gladly say it has paid for itself already!

    Perfect for my almost 2 year old!
    My son who is one and a half would constantly play his toy cars along the window sill or among any surface he could find doable. We already had a small racetrack for him but it was not something he would enjoy playing with as much. I had been looking for a car table for a little while but a lot of them had many pieces that you needed to build etc. I was trying to avoid track pieces altogether knowing they would just end up broken or misplaced (you know how toddlers are) so when I saw this car table, I had a good feeling he would like it. He has had it for 4 days now and he loves it so much. Even my 4 year old daughter will play with it. The best thing is that most of his cars fit on the tracks and I've heard the Thomas trains do as well. The table is seriously so lightweight that I actually don't mind hauling it from the playroom downstairs to the living room upstairs when I need my son in the same room as me. Overall this was a great purchase that I do not regret buying:)

    The table is solid and sturdy.
    I purchased this for our two toddler boys. The table will stand the test of time. The 'table cover' is thin wood product, easily breakable in this household. I put it in our closet waiting for the table's future owners in about three years.

    We bought this train table for our grandson for Christmas and it was by far his favorite Christmas gift! We had a hard time dragging him away from his train table to open his other gifts! Now we're almost in March and everytime Jonathan comes over, if he doesn't have me chasing him around the house, we're playing with his train table. He gets totally into playing with the trains and can entertain himself (and me) for quite awhile.

    Perfect for any train lover
    I can't beleive i waited so long to get this. My son is 2 1/2 and we got this for him a few weeks ago. he hasn't stopped playing with it since we got it. its the first thing he goes to when he gets up and usually the last thing he plays with before he goes to bed. he tells everybody we meet about his train table and youhave to understand he has 2 rooms full of different toys but this is by far his favorite thing ever. its also great because at the end of the day i can put the lid on and all the trains are inside and off the floor.

    One happy Grand son
    I was looking for a sensibly priced train and car table. I looked at many options and for my 3 year old grand son and some were just too expensive and had to many parts to assemble and or keep track of. The Step 2 Canyon road table was a perfect gift. It was reasonably priced, easy to assemble, it is very solidly built, and best of all my grand son is already addicted to it. It is by far his favorite toy and it doubles as a play table when the cover is on so he can draw, play board games and even use it as a table to eat on. Great price Walmart you have a winner. By the way I live in Illinois my grand son lives in Georgia and the ship to store option at no cost was perfect, and you can track everything easily through the Walmart order system.

    Very Good Activity Table
    My son got this for Christmas, at the time he was 2 and a half. He loves cars and trains so I thought this would be perfect for him. I have not been disappointed. It was easy to assemble and is sturdy. He plays with it every day. It comes with 3 cars and 3 train cars, which are kind of unnecessary, my son just uses all his "hot wheels" cars or "Thomas" trains. My favorite part is that the tracks are stationary. He can't pull the tracks apart and spread the pieces everywhere. Also nice is that when he done playing for the day, we can store the cars in the table and put the top on, very nice and neat.

    This is a great product. i bought it for my son when he was 2 1/2 about 9 months ago. this is his main toy, every new car, truck, train we buy him he runs to try it out on his table. when he has his little friends over they run straight to play with it. its not heavy for its size, and super easy to clean... the scenes and tracks are stickers, and with all the spills and cleaning, they still look like new. Great product, With a Greater Price!! SO WORTH IT!!
