Excellent storage boxes
These boxes are wonderful, since they seal completely. The only problem I have with them is that they exude a really STRONG plastic smell on the inside [yes, probably because the seal is so good], but I'll live with it. Wish they made document boxes that sealed this well!

    The storage/file boxes have thus far exceeded my expectations. They arrived in perfect condition...as always. They are the perfect size for my needs, and I'm especially please with how well and easily to tops sealed. The delivery person was very nice.

    Perfect for file and crafting storage
    This was designed for letter and legal size file storage, but I also use them for craft storage. The sturdy box, gasket, and securely fastened lid makes them perfect for long term storage where it is critical to keep out moisture and bugs. (I.e. basement, garage, storage unit, etc.) The size makes it easy to carry without being too heavy and the clear box makes it easy to find what I'm looking for. I've stacked these filled with yarn as high as six without any warping. Might limit to 3 or 4 if using for files since that is heavier. Highly recommend this product and plan to purchase some of the other sizes.

    Very nice product works great!
    I purchased this to store dry goods like flour, sugar and rice in my cold storage. I wanted something that would keep out bugs because in the spring I get a lot of elder bugs that enter my cold storage and get into my stored food. These containers seem to work very nicely with a strong and tight fitting lid. I would recommend them.

    Don't order just wait for stock to return to store
    FedEx tossed the box around. Two hole punctures that did not cause any obvious damage. A drop on one edge(not corner) caused the second cover to shatter a corner. The boxes are shipped in a thin cardboard box. Sterilite box have a reputation of easily shattering when dropped on a corner. I have experience in this matter. I contacted Sterilite but they don't sell replacement covers and suggested return to seller. I chose to keep mine because they are not easy to get. Paid for 4 but only 3 useable. I have 3 others which were bought in store. Do not order but buy at store.

    Order extras for return
    Two of four bins broken, one handle missing. Walmart would not accept only two broken bins. Ordered a box of 4 more, one bin, one lid broken and one handle missing. Returned 3 broken bins and one good bin. In the long run, ended up with four good bins and lids with all handles.

    Excellent product! ( Important shipping tip!)
    This is a great product. Well designed, sturdy, stackable, holds hanging file folders (regular and legal-size, sideways.) The gaskets are a fabulous way to make them dust and moisture tight. My only gripe: Packing procedures are often careless resulting in unnecessary breakage. Always ask shippers to unsure the (strong) top is latched on to the top box in a nesting set, or on a single box before shipment.
