Organizing Everything
The package comes well packed and they are very easy to assemble. I love being organized and these fit my need perfectly. I love them so much that I ordered 2 more sets.

Poor service!!!
I bought two drawers, one of them was broken. When requested for a replacement, now return of the item has to be done by me to a FedEx place. If I could have carried the drawer to a FedEx place I wouldn't have bought it online.

I purposely ordered these as a gift for my grandsons, knowing that they would be shipped in Wal-Mart boxes. but they were not! the boxes were barely taped closed and there was evidence of damage to them. as i took each piece out of the boxes i found that every frame piece and all but one drawer is warped. parts are dirty as if they were previously used and at least 3 of the drawers are broken. the 3 sets i received yesterday will be returnedJuli

If I could give a -10 I would do so! I originally ordered 4 Sterilite 3 drawer plastic carts. I received one that I believe came from a Walmart warehouse. It was packed well, in a Walmart box and in perfect condition. (that delivery and part of the order would be a 5.) The next day I received the remainder of the order. So disappointed!!!!! It came as two boxes, not in a Walmart box. I will attach pictures. One box had a cart that was missing the middle drawer, with packaging paper in it's place. I thought the drawer was pulled out for packaging purposes, but it wasn't anywhere in the box. It was also dirty and missing original manufacture stickers. How could this possibly pass quality control? Box 2, I couldn't believe it when it also had a cart with a missing drawer, again dirty as well. The second cart in that box had all of it's drawers, but was missing the wheels to the cart and was also dirty. So three carts that were in far from new condition and not usable for my needs. What kind of Venders is Walmart using and how are they checking for quality control with these Vendors? If Walmart is trying to compete with Amazon and other Fulfillment companies, then they better do a better job of checking quality and service from those Venders. Now what am I supposed to do with these unusable purchases? I would hate to return them to my local store. It's not their error and the boxes are very large and cumbersome. I already made replacement purchases from Target, so I don't need an exchange. Walmart how are you going to refund me?Carin

They are sturdy and durable and work great for organization. I definitely should have paid more attention when I ordered this though. The price at the time I purchased it was $40 for two carts. I just noticed that they sell the exact same cart for a much lower price. A single cart is $14, I would have purchased two at that price. I paid nearly double for the same thing. Lesson learned. Pay attention to whether you are buying from Walmart or a private seller that drastically raises their prices.GamerMom
