The new iPhone SE is working great!
I'm very happy with my purchase. Also straight talk service is giving me 5G in my area. No complaints so far. Highly recommend. This is a great deal. If you buy it unlocked at Apple you pay $429. straight talk will unlock this phone after 60 days according to their info. The price for one month on straight talk is $35 plus tax not too bad of a deal when you compare it to the carrier prices that are post paid.

Poor customer service
When my niece picked up the phone it had not been properly scanned out so Straight Talk could not activate it. They told her she would have to return to the store and have someone there scan something in order for them to be able to activate her service.

    Happy with the phone.
    My favorite color is red. So I was so happy to find this. What I didn't like about the shipping aspect of it, is the lack of cushioning inside the box that it was shipped in. Plus the shipping box was not very sturdy. The phone was just sliding around inside of it. I work retail myself and when we ship items we make sure there is no room for movement.

    Good deal for the price
    I got this phone for my mom for her birthday bc she was using an old android that was 4 gb ?and had never had an iPhone before so I figured this would be a good one to start with. she absolutely loved it and it was super easy switching her Verizon account to straight talk. She's now saving a lot on her bill too would definitely recommend and the phone was perfect when I got it and is still working perfectly.

    I haven't opened it yet. Waiting to hear if I can activate it on my Tracfone account, seeing as how Tracfone owns Straighttalk, or should I say Verizon owns them. That is the reason for the to star. Will update my review when I get some answers. If I can't it will be going back.

    Didn't even get to use it
    I bought the phone. Could not activate it, was told to take it back to the store because it was scanned wrong. Was told by employee they couldn't do anything and to call the 1800 number. 1800 number couldn't do anything. Was forced to return now have to wait for money to return to my card.
