Good phone, better than I thought it would be
I read all kinds of negative reviews and I thought I would not like this phone. However I'm an average user, I use social media, and browse the web and watch videos. I don't think high graphic intense games will run that good, but as far any anything else this will do just about anything you need in a phone. There are some things about it that I don't like. The internal storage is low you only get about 19 GBs out of 32, and no apps to sd card as of now, maybe an update will fix it. Battery life is good, I've gotten 2 days out of a full battery with average use. The speaker sounds loud, calls are good and clear. Screen isn't amoled but watching videos looks fine, no viewing angle problems. I can see the screen fine in the sun. The camera can take some good pics, I expected it to be crap because of the negative reviews, now it's not an iphone camera, I wish I could add some of the pictures but the files were too big to add here, the I took a couple 10 second video for snapchat and it looked clear, you can get some good pictures as long as your not in the dark, but even in dim light I managed to take some decent pictures. Overall this is a good phone for someone an average user.

Phone doesn't work, Bad customer service
The phone didn't work. Straight talk said it never got properly activated after trying to get it working for weeks. They told me to return it at a Walmart and they told me I couldn't and I had to return it through them on here. Now I'm stuck in a never-ending cycle of following the directions and them saying if I wanna return the phone I need to contact them. Just for them to email me the stupif directions (that dont work) again.

    Good Phone, awful shipping
    The phone is absolutely great for a budget smart phone. Frankly, I don't know what else a flagship phone could give that would make it worth the price. Unfortunately, shipping was a huge issue. I had broken my old phone, and this phone took 5 days more than stated at checkout to arrive - it sat for 4 of those days at a facility only 30 miles from my home. Then, when it arrived, the shippers ignored our sign to put packages in the bin we have set out for that purpose, and tossed it down next to my dog who promptly ate the packaging and all accessories; I thought he had eaten the phone too, but I found it the next day in the garden. This, and other shipping fiascos with walmart purchases have me convinced not to buy from walmart online again. 2 full stars deducted for shipping.

    Don't buy!
    Didn't even have it for two months and it quit working. It was delivered October 17 and the return expired October 30th. Walmart would not refund money!

    Delivery could have been better

    I love this phone! The screen size makes watching most enjoyable for a phone. I like the updated features like fingerprint, and I like the amount of storage I get. I found a super nice "succulent" display theme with old-fashioned telephone (I'm talking retro rotary) and camera icons. I just like how accessible it feels and it's easy to use as ever. Thank you!

    LOVE THE PHOTO OPTIONS!
    So far, all is perfectly well with this phone! I like the longer style, I know to grab/hold onto the bottom half so it gives me more room to hold it! I have arthritic hands, so it's great! I am getting the wallet cover too! LOVE the cord port, no fiddling trying to figure out which side goes where, it's an oval! Charger cord is SHORT though, wish it was longer. I love this phone, went from Galaxy S5 to this. I love the camera, macro, still learning. Seems to be a fine phone for the money (I paid much, much more for my previous one!) so the sale on this phone was WELL worth it! Photos taken showing some macro shots of frosted windows. Video camera works great!
