Has two men, apparently one trainer and one trainee. Trainer let the trainee stumble thru the set up, took a long time, and many things had to be redone by me.

    Because there was no way to check for sure if the setup Jason did was going to be saved, he allowed us a couple of days to test the system before completing out ticket. That was very considerate, professional and much appreciated. As it turned out his procedures worked for our system and all is well.

    Ali was right on time, knew exactly how to fix my issues after asking what I needed, and was patient and thorough. Wanted to make sure that everything worked as I wanted it too, and that I understood what was where, how to find things, and make adjustments if needed in the future. He was incredibly knowledgeable in every way.

    Tech Thomson Butcher is so very knowledgeable!!!, so very helpful, plus patient enough to explain how all new technology installed works. We have learned so much from him. He does all in a very relaxed manner, and, we don't feel dumb, when he is explaining how new installations work.
