High Quality Camera
Got this camera system to replace my older model Summer video baby monitor. The cameras are great! They have clear images (for a baby monitor) and the sound is good. I don't use the baby movement feature but it works well. My only issues with the system have to do with the parent unit. I will add that here just so people reading are aware of the issues with the whole system that I've found. Firstly, the volume on the lowest setting is still very loud and the static noise is difficult to sleep through. I can hear the monitor throughout my whole house when baby cries despite it being in an upstairs room when it's on the lowest volume setting. I have solved this to an extent by taping over the speaker with Scotch tape. Second, the unit doesn't have a way to disable the motion wake feature on the screen. I used to carry around my older model when doing yard work or working around the house, but now I am not able to or the screen stays active and drains the battery in a very short amount of time. Lastly, the unit also gets very hot when the screen stays active for an extended time period, which worries me if the unit might damage the battery. In purchasing such an expensive unit, I would expect to be able to disable/enable all the extra features, which you can on some of them. The usability/versatility of the unit is completely negated by the motion screen function being a mandatory feature. However if you are not looking to carry around the parent unit, then this system is wonderful and the camera quality is great!

Needs work
I bought this a bit ago, it has a weird glitching noise, does not work as well plugged in for the touch screen. Still love they have the wide view. This is my third model and the split screen was their best by far. I love the brand and sad I am dealing with issues.

    So close to perfect
    This system is SO CLOSE to being great!! We already owned the Summer Full View monitor, but the extra cameras were discontinued, so we wanted another monitor that we could have 4 cameras with. Baby Pixel was the only one we could find that had all the features we loved about the Full View: remote pan cameras, temperature gauge, & a large screen. There are a few features that I love about this one compared to our old monitor: the touch screen makes it much easier to switch between cameras & I do like that it has a clock. There is, however, one feature that I absolutely LOATHE. The fact that the screen “wakes up” just with movement of the monitor is completely unnecessary. I don't really even like that touching the screen makes it light up. I wish there was a way to disable those features so that when I want to move it in the middle of the night it doesn't light up the whole room. I've also had issues with the time switching from AM to PM for no reason. That's not a deal breaker for me, but we had that same issue on the first Baby Pixel monitor we originally bought & subsequently returned. Overall, this is a very good monitor & I would buy it again.

    Simply THE BEST!!!
    This is the best video baby monitor system for people with multiple children. Great battery life, color, picture, and ease of panning. Nothing like it on the market.

    Great Camera but.....
    Love the system, it works great. I have two issues though, the battery life is about an hour on the handheld unit and the picture is not great. When you zoom in it's basically useless.

    A little disappointed
    I bought the baby pixel a couple of months ago with high hopes that it would make transitioning my toddler to a bed less stressful for everyone especially with baby number 2 on the way. I found that the picture on the monitor is not very clear and the sound is muffled so I can't quite make out what she is saying. I also tried the feature that sets an alarm off if the child goes out of a certain area. The alarm kept going off and my daughter hadn't been moving at all. i decided to keep it to keep trying to get the hang of it because I bought a second camera for the second baby room. We'll see. The jury is still out on this one.
