They work kinda
I have an older Viper climber so it doesn't have the arched support arms like the new ones. They install easy however climbing is a bit awkward trying to get the right angle to lift it up. I purchased the new viper for my son and watched him climb with it and it looked like a hassle free. Works great for the new ones!

    Love Summit Stands
    My old Summit stand is 25 years old,,, still works fine very few replacement parts along the way,,, i've already used it twice this year decided it was time for an upgrade, really love the leveling system and the stirrups so I don't have to bend over and hug my feet on as I'm 62 years old now this is a big plus The quality Inn which summit stands our build is like no other,,, highly recommend them to everyone for many years

    Replacing old ones.
    Very happy with my over all purchase. Only thing that I didn't see with the stirrups was the bungee cord that is used in conjunction with them. Since summit has designed this it should be included versus me trying to find one that is the correct length and resistance.
